There are many bushes around my house, so I have to trim them regularly. I received this saw very quickly, and every parts are in the package. Easily to assemble and hold as I am a female. This product is wonderful not having to yank and yank and yank to get it started as gas. It just trigger. Lighter than a gas powered. No gas smell around or on me. The chain is tied while working. The product offers two batteries and one pair of glove. I use this chainsaw to remove three bushes. Done quiet wonderful safe jobs. Love this product. ... show more

Looks good, well made, light weight, easy to use. Those make me changing the way I thought about Chinese makers, ten years ago you would have a Chinese made product and within a month it would be trashed but now , for the same product made in China, one make for American company would cost three times the one made under a Chinese company as same quality. The media could not be loaded. This chainsaw is made of great quality and with considerable safety features while it's weight is not too heavy for long time operation. It is really efficient when trimming bushes and shrubs.

    • the chain saw has a place for oil but it doesn't work
the chain saw has a place for oil but it doesn't work filled it with oil on day one used it for over two hours today and noted the chain was dry at about a half hour so put oil on it by hand and worked great did it about every half hour. to bad they didn't make the oiler on the saw to actually work. also the chain tighten part doesn't keep the blade tight should have made the cover out of metal so you could really tighten the adjust screw like you can on a gas saw. other then the two problems i used the hell out of it today cutting up brush in my back yard and took out about four yard bags of junk out of my yard. ... show more
