    • Effective and easy to use
We use it in living room within 10’ of sofa and it is effective at heating the space. It has a timer and temperature gauge which work, too.

    • I stayed nice and toasty all winter!
When camping in my camper during the wintertime this heater works better than the heater that came with my camper. I'm not worried about it overheating or causing a fire. The remote control is great to have so you don't have to get up or out of bed to adjust the temperature.

    • Not what I expected.
What a disappointment. Getting it out the box, it appears it was returned & it may be obvious why. It is loud, not the Ultra-Quiet Operation as stated, and the power cord is only 4ft. This will be returned.

This little heater was so incredibly worth the money! I do wish the flame effect had a bit more movement but it's so nice and cozy to look at I don't mind at all since the heater itself can rotate side to side. It's very lightweight and convenient for small spaces and I love the different options for high or low heat & the fan option is so neat too 👌🏼 the little handle is also a nice touch so you dont have to struggle carrying it anywhere, overall money well spent. ... show more

    • Odor is horrendous
Th odor upon start up begins within 60 seconds and persists throughout its usage until you have acclimated to the smell in an enclosed area. Once you leave and return one can pick up the smell again! It’s the heat blowing against the plastic walls I’m sure AND is probably unhealthy/toxic. The “fake” burning flame is a nice touch but I’m sure is using energy. It has been working beautifully on its third day. The remote works fine. I don’t know where in the detailed description on AZN the D battery goes. It plugs into the socket. And DO NOT plug into a surge protector. Plug directly into outlet. The plug does get rather warm. When I plugged it into a rated surge protector I could hear a crackling sound coming from the outlet. As soon as I turned off the space heater the sound stopped during the 30 second countdown to complete shut off! If it weren’t for the smell I’d give it a five so far. Oh, and I also recommend to purchase the extended warranty! ... show more
