Got this a few months ago and have barely used it. It's soooo slow. Sometimes apps don't load at all and I feel like I've gone back in time to when the internet was new. The loading screen just keeps spinning or it tells me that the app isn't responding. You don't say? Let's see positives? The blue case is pretty and does a great job of protecting this piece of electronics. In fact, I highly recommend THE CASE. ONLY the case. To be fair, I haven't contacted anyone to troubleshoot it but since I only use it for an hour or two once a week, I don't think there's anything to fix. Look, be smarter than me. The media could not be loaded. I kind of expected this to be better. I bought as a gift for my daughter. The loading is really slow and it had trouble connecting to my wifi. It also shuts you out of apps too. I did like the screen protector it came with and it was easy to install it is a anti shock full coverage ceramics. The display seems a little off like it is a older version of a tablet. It was pretty cheap and I did like the accessories it came with.
