I've been using a diffuser with eucalyptus oil for my daughter whenever she's stuffy. It always works well but the diffuser I have has status lights that unfortunately cannot be turned off. These green lights are not welcomed by my 4 year old so finding an alternative was definitely part of my plan. This was a great find because it takes up less space than her current diffuser, has no status lights that are constantly on, has sounds and lights that are quite pleasant. I haven't tried all of the sounds and I'm not sure if I'll use this feature since my daughter already has white noise in her room, but it's a nice perk. ... show more

This is a pretty great device! It combines both sound and aromatherapy, and in my opinion, both of those functions are done very well. I do think I'd prefer it if it was just a little bit smaller or shaped differently, but it's good for what it does.

This works perfect! It’s great for diffusing oils and will last about 12 hours. The lights are pleasant and not overwhelming when the ceramic top is added, and the sounds are pleasant. Granddaughter falls asleep quickly once we turn on her crickets! Instructions are not really that clear so you just kind of have to play around with it to figure things out but it’s pretty self explanatory. Thinking of gifting one to her parents and other grandparents just to help her fall asleep- toddlers fighting sleep is no joke but this quickly calms her down! ... show more

This far surpassed my expectations. What more can you ask for in the bedroom? Looks great, check Essential oil diffuser (or simple humidifier), check Sound machine, check Night light, check This looks so much nicer than I expected. More petite than other diffusers I have, which I like. Wood grain looking base and ceramic "dome" (I expected plastic) make this look like a high end diffuser. Yet it is so much more impressive. It is very nice to diffuse essential oil at bedtime. Our favorite is lavender. This does what it should with diffusing and, even though it is not as large as other diffusers, it seems to last about 8 hrs. If you do not lke scents you can simply diffuse water and let it act like a humidifier which is nice as well. Note: make sure your inside spout matches the outside spout so it has a clear way out and doesn't wet the ceramic. No more separate sound machine. This has a great selection of sounds. I have other sound machines and this probably has my favorite selection of all of them. There are some unique ones that others haven't had (rowing sound was surprisingly relaxing and I think the rhythm of it helps you fall asleep). Now we can relax with the essential oils and sounds together in one compact, beautiful unit. The light feature is typical for diffusers. I always prefer the color changing mode - when I am awake and can enjoy it. It is nice to set it a little before you go to bed to get the scent into the room and have a nightlight as you get into bed. Once we're in bed the light goes put and the sounds go on. Again, everything in one. You can set a 30 or 60 minute timer or let it run until it shuts itself off after approx 8 hrs. We love it for ourselves but it is also great for kids to help them fall asleep and sleep well. Would make a really nice gift and even comes with a cute little card inside. (see photos) ... show more

I have an old aromatherapy diffuser that just, well, diffuses. I love it, but it's a one note charlie. This diffuser does *all* the things, and most of them pretty well. It's easy to use and the plug fit nice and securely underneath the diffuser. The color change is slow and gradual, and actually relaxing to watch--or you can select one color and keep it there. The sound quality of the sounds wasn't the best--but I mean, come on. The majority of this item's size is the diffuser tank (which is big!) and not a lot for speakers, so, you know, lower your expectations a bit. That said, I think a few were better than others. The higher pitched sounds like the cicadas and birds, were better quality than some of the lower sounds--I honestly thought the 'blizzard' sound was a fan sound. Some don't seem to sync up to the description on the information, but it's not like you need to know what they're called--just hit the arrow till you find a sound you like. It also has a timer so you can play the sound for thirty, sixty or ninety minutes. All told I really liked it! The sound quality wasn't superlative but considering all the work it's doing, it's pretty darn good. For a spa or a kids' bedroom for sleep time this would be terrific! ... show more

What a great concept! Combining the olfactory properties of a scent diffuser with the calming, sound therapy of nature sounds! The design is compact, and can easily be integrated on a coffee table and night stand. Add a few drops of essential oils known for relaxation (chamomile, lavender, rosemary), then pick your favorite nature sounds (ocean, campfire, chirping birds), and drift away. Useful as a backdrop to meditation practices, de-stressing after a hectic day, or making your bedtime a peaceful and rewarding experience. I use frequently for both aroma and sound therapy. The sound machine does a great job and the instructions are pretty easy to figure out. The lights are quite pleasant during waking hours but I think would be distracting for sleep.
