These are super comfy. Fit me perfect. I wear a size 7 women's and got the small. They fit perfectly. My only down side is that you have to remove the soul of your shoe and install these. Other wise you are going to be bulging out of your shoe.

Upon receiving these inserts for my walking shoes, I replaced my shoes' inserts. Upon putting my shoes on and standing I felt an immediate difference in my comfort level. Recently, I have begun to feel irritation and soreness in my left heel. I began icing my left ankle and foot in a large plastic container. Although the icing provided immediate relief, the foot felt discomfort upon walking. On the first day of a 3 to 4 mile walk with these inserts, I still felt a little soreness but I did not feel any new aggravation or sustained pain in my heel.
