These are good replacement air conditioner filters. They are thicker than my original filter, but it is not an issue since they compress flat where required. It does mean it filters better than the usual thin sponge filter. Having two items in the package makes it an even better value as they can be rotated while one is being washed. ... show more

I really like that these come in two big sheets. They feel like good quality filters. It was easy to cut them to the size I needed and install. My old ones were worn and thin. These are the perfect thickness. They are easy to clean too. Just bang them out outside a little and rinse them under water. Let them dry and they are ready to use. These two sheets will last me a long time so I think it's a wonderful value. These will trap a lot of dust and whatever else that may come through the air conditioner.     • Simple Fix to a Hot Problem
I recently got the MEWTOGO Store 2 Piece Cut-to-Fit Window Air Conditioner Filters, and they are perfect for my needs. I needed a replacement filter in two window A/C units while the original filters were washed and let dry. During the heat of the summer, even going a few hours without the air conditioning is miserable, so sometimes, letting the filters dry after washing them gets put off for too long, which ultimately lowers the effectiveness of their ability to cool the house. The media could not be loaded. First of all, I receive this item free of charge, so I try to be as honest as possible even if that means I have to destroy the item. I used this foam to make a filter for my computer, so basically my computer is now an air filter unit. I used a laser to cut the wood for my home-made filter, then I cut this filter too using the same laser, to my surprise the cuts on this foam came out clean, better than I could ever do with scissor. I have birds and some feathers are already caught on the filter, also it works very well as dust filter. Very easy to clean, when I notice a lot of dust on the filter, I take it outside and clean it with compressed air. This is a set of two AC air filters that you can cut to size if needed. Listed measurements are accurate. Very easy to cut down to size. They aren't super thick but are condensed enough to catch debris for sure. No issues with air flow which is a very good deal for me.

It comes in 2 flat sheets. I used my scissors to cut it to fit my air conditioners. I used one on a window unit, and I used the other on a floor unit. It is thicker than the original filter, but it's soft and is easily manipulated. It also helps keep bugs from getting through to inside.
