    • Total junk! Batteries and charger both trash
-10 stars! Batteries will not work in my controller due to the contacts not connecting. They will not charge because the contacts does not connect in the charger either. Very disappointed. A huge waste of time and money. Big hassle to return, no ups store near and the only one there is charges to leave a package for pickup. Was a real pain to get full refund! I was not pleased at all with what I was told then when I got refund it was not the correct amount. Back to talking to them for an hour total time waiting and such but finally they issued rest of my refund supposedly? I've not seen it applied yet.     • They do recharge but do not hold a charge for long
The batteries fit well but they do not hold a charge, if I don’t use the controller for 2 days even if I only used the battery for 10 minutes the first day, they will be completely dead the next time I want to use them. The charger does have a smart function thankfully once they are fully charged so it doesn’t over charge the batteries. They are a little difficult to install on the controllers or even the battery charger, like they are just a slight bit large.
