The charging station is weak and not very secure when docking the remotes, so I returned them. This is the 2nd type of charging station that I've purchased and got the same result. I guess there are no good quality docking stations out there for Wii remotes. What I did instead was go the old fashion route, which is buying some rechargeable batteries and a charging case for them on Amazon. I found one that gives you a charging station (with a usb-c port) that comes with 8 batteries you can charge for cheap that you can swap out of the remotes as needed.
