My son begged for a headset. I finally broke down and got him this. He's young so i wanted to make sure he would take care of these before investing in a high end headset. For the price these are awesome. I've tried these on a couple times and they block out a lot of noise. You can control the volume. The glowing only happens when charging but not a big deal. We use it on a switch and we just plug it in and it works. The cord is kind of cumbersome but for the price it works. Update: We got this as a starter headset. We have several for different systems but wanted to wait to invest in a more expensive headset for my son. The headset occasionally cuts out or other players wont be able to hear you. We would be able to get it working again by turning the headset off and on. This happened a handful of times. There is a random screw sticking out the back on the volume control. It is pretty more of an annoyance than anything else. We did get our use out of it but it finally broke after 7 months due to our dog running into the cord and bending the plug. I would still recommend this headset. This headset got used by multiple people 4-6 hours everyday, sometimes more and I do think it would still be working if the dog hadn't knocked it over. It's affordable if you don't want to spend the money on a fancy headset or just need a spare. We use a PS5 wireless headset for our switch as well and my son still preferred this headset. My son loves these headphones. He says the sound quality and comfort is better than others that he’s tried. Only issue which is specific to him is that the usb for the lights doesn’t reach his usb port. The headphones and usb ports are on opposite sides on his laptop. Either I mistakenly picked the wrong model or this thing seriously doesn't work. Even with all the volume choices placed all the way up, I can hardly hear any sound. I tried it with each different cable and it still won't work. I didn't buy these as a gaming headset: I bought it for work because I'm an interpreter. Since I might have bought the wrong model, I am not giving this product a bad rating, but I might have to return it nonetheless. ... show more

So I just got around to actually having time to play and lo and behold today is day 31 since I bought it and I can’t return or exchange it … straight up doesn’t work at all and in the description it says works with Xbox series x… really not a good product don’t buy it … I knew I should of just got the Xbox brand ones .. my loss and my bad luck.. 30$ waste of $ I think it plays the lowest bit of sound out of one ear .. the mic doesn’t work and the headphone jack crackles when u insert it into the controller … yall better reach out to me for a refund ... show more

Bought these for my son's gaming experience to replace the ones he had prior that failed for the same reason. He loved them and so did I. I've still not found a set as comfortable as these were. It has padding on both ears that have a very soft leather feel that really feel amazing. It has the same padding on the part you put on the top of your head which feels equally as amazing. This really is the most comfortable headset I have ever bought or experienced. My son who is 10 also felt that way. The problem we both had just like the ones before is that the wire at the connection of the jack that plugs into your controller became loose or disconnected at the jack under the insulation. With that in mind if would be awesome if the seller/ manufacturer were to redesign these to include a braided audio jack with a 90⁹ fitting as to reduce strain on the wires to prevent this from happening. That was my only complaint. Other than that these are awesome especially for the price. Maybe if an adult or teenager used these it would have lasted a while longer. Welp, they work really good because he can never hear me calling for him to come out of his room to do chores because of the noise canceling. Lol!! The media could not be loaded. Definitely love the design of this headset and the multiple colors to choose from. After a few days of testing I would recommend it to gamers. When my old headset broke I knew I needed a replacement quick and something worth it, and this headset delivered comfy, price is great and while playing Apex Legends I can here enemies movements to alert teammates and the light design on the headset is dope. ... show more
