My son begged for a headset. I finally broke down and got him this. He's young so i wanted to make sure he would take care of these before investing in a high end headset. For the price these are awesome. I've tried these on a couple times and they block out a lot of noise. You can control the volume. The glowing only happens when charging but not a big deal. We use it on a switch and we just plug it in and it works. The cord is kind of cumbersome but for the price it works. Update: We got this as a starter headset. We have several for different systems but wanted to wait to invest in a more expensive headset for my son. The headset occasionally cuts out or other players wont be able to hear you. We would be able to get it working again by turning the headset off and on. This happened a handful of times. There is a random screw sticking out the back on the volume control. It is pretty more of an annoyance than anything else. We did get our use out of it but it finally broke after 7 months due to our dog running into the cord and bending the plug. I would still recommend this headset. This headset got used by multiple people 4-6 hours everyday, sometimes more and I do think it would still be working if the dog hadn't knocked it over. It's affordable if you don't want to spend the money on a fancy headset or just need a spare. We use a PS5 wireless headset for our switch as well and my son still preferred this headset.     • A wee bit tight but otherwise great!

I would like to preface that while I’m an adult, I do have a smaller head. So I was surprised when I found that these were as snug as they were. I chose the white pair so maybe other colors have a different fit? The goal behind these was a quick fix for gaming with friends so I did not invest as much time product shopping with a focus on quality, but more so on what sleek looking pair would get to me the fastest - I would definitely spend $100-$200 on a premium grade pair eventually. So with that being said, they look aesthetically nice and are comfortable enough that I’m opting to keep them as my “cheap” pair. I haven’t used the usb led function yet purely because I’m currently gaming on Xbox/switch and would have to coordinate a totally separate power source just for the light effects - not really convenient so keep that in mind if you are more of a console gamer vs desktop gamer and how much value you place on the light show. ... show more

My son loves these headphones. He says the sound quality and comfort is better than others that he’s tried. Only issue which is specific to him is that the usb for the lights doesn’t reach his usb port. The headphones and usb ports are on opposite sides on his laptop. It would be nice if a usb extension was included. ... show more

Upon delivery I noticed the package was damaged as I marked in the Amazon review prompt. I do not know if this is why the mic doesn't work or if ita a manufacturer flaw. The head set was for my son who is a bit disappointed that the product shown in its full capability was not received like that.

This headset is amazing. I'm using the headset with my ps4 and it did scare me at first when i plugged it the mic was echoing very much but just unplugging it and moving it around it went away and the mic quality is just perfect. My friends noticed right away that I had got a new headset because of how clear and different I sounded to them. Onward to the structure of this headset, this headset is sturdy and durable I haven't had any issues with it at all. And the overall sound quality is decent I play fps so hearing everything is everything and everything sounds pretty clear when I'm playing. But this headset is definitely a steal just go ahead and buy it, I've had mine for almost 2 weeks and I just love it and I'm pretty sure you will too. ... show more
