This is high quality and I’m loving it so far! But I’ve seen some reviews that I can easily understand why they are having some issues. Light flickering/odd behavior - this is a high power battery charger so you can’t plug this into your Xbox or the wall puck that came with your cell phone, as those are only 1 amp or less. You need a wall puck that does at least 3 amps. Controller won’t turn on/ battery stuck - the battery has an orientation, you can’t just throw it in. And this is actually a good thing. Pay attention to the notch on one side of the battery, it fits into a notch in the battery well of the controller. If you get that backwards it’s going to take a lot of force to insert and then it will be tough to remove, and also the controller will not turn on. I bought these in Feb 2022 and I wanted to pop back in and drop a review as I’m tossing a new order into my cart. These bad boys have kept my controller rolling since my purchase. Love them. Use them almost daily for multiple hours on end. They’ve gotten a lot of use in the last 2 years and I’m just now noticing the battery life isn’t as great as it once was. All things considered, not bad for the cost and I’m very happy that they’ve gone 2 years before needing to be replaced. If you’re a casual player only a few hours of gaming here and there, these guys will probably last you even longer than they lasted me. Really great purchase! I highly recommend! ... show more

When I first order these batteries I did it bc of how many batteries my son used for his Xbox controller. I noticed the first one we got it had trouble keeping a couple of the batteries up to charge or if u barely touched it the battery went from green to red. I reached out to customer service and they replaced them after explaining my issue. For the price they have held up amazing for my kids controllers other than the 2 that didn’t hold much of a charge. It’s also very small so it doesn’t take much room on the night stand. Make sure to have a power block as it does not come with one. ... show more

The charges on them are very nice they can last up to 2 days of play. It looks very small very and cute but it works Hella good. It's very bright at night lol. Very simple and easy to use. Short cord which is perfect. It gets a little hot but not too much

This thing has saved me so much time and so much money! I have had pretty crappy experiences with rechargeable AA batteries. They die super fast, and I can never more than 2 sets at a time unless I bought multiple chargers! With this thing I have 3 sets of batteries always ready to be used.
