My wife and I wanted to replace our front and back porch light fixtures and this was a 2 pack and had a modern simplistic design we liked. It took us 30 minutes to install both after watching a couple YouTube videos. They are clean and we added the e26 vintage Edison bulbs to compliment it. For $40 you can’t beat that because they have these same lights at lowes for $60+ just for one fixture. Just make sure you cut your power off for the lights and then you are good to go. ... show more

Can't beat the price for qty 2. No motion detection, which is what was looking for. Good initial quality. 5 minute install and that included taking old non functional one down. Would not hesitate to buy again.

As outside lights or sconces go this was a pretty typical installation. Everything fit about as easy as is normally expected. These lights are a bit on the 'large' side and as installation goes, holding them up while getting things wired is a bit of a handful. Not so much heavy as just a bit large on the awkward side. The bottom of this fixture is completely open. This will make changing light bulbs very easy and no worry about having to remove screws in order to get access to replace the bulb. On the flip side an open bottom might allow wasps or dobbers to gain access inside and attempt to build nests. All in all very happy with the pair of these. The box it arrived in was slightly damaged however inside the styrofoam surrounding both fixtures completely protected them from whatever it was that hit the box(see image). Take care when removing them from the box. Recommend sliding them out with the box on a table or floor and sliding everything out at the same level. These are supposed to be dimmable, I have the bulbs for that but my exterior light switches are not yet upgraded to dimmable options. ... show more

Last summer I replaced the three dated looking outdoor lights at the front of my residence with a contemporary looking but expensive set ($200.00+). I left a couple of ugly ones at the garage man door and my daylight basement door due to the price and the fact that they are not visible from the street. I saw these and noted that they are very similar to my expensive new ones (at a fraction of the price) so I ordered a set. They are understandably a bit less fancy than my expensive ones, however, they look great, have solid construction, and they carry through with the same style as I have on the front of the house. Installation was super-easy (I've done this before so I didn't need to follow the instructions...but they are included). I popped in 9.5W/800 lumen bulbs since it's more about the light than the bulb appearance at these locations. They would look better with "industrial" style bulbs if you're going to put them on the front of your house. All the needed hardware was included in addition to a couple of spares. That is much appreciated for those rare occasions where a little knob or washer is lost. In the attached photos I show it next to my nice/expensive lights, next to each of the loser lights I was replacing, and mounted/lit after installation. As you can see, they look great. This light set gets my five stars all day! ... show more

Major upgrade from the weathered junk they replaced. I need decorative bulbs but we're happy with these lights. Fairly easy to install but the included mount plates did not fit my box. I was able to use the mount from the old lights. Came with wire nuts and screws to mount to the box if needed.

Electrician here. I ordered these for customer stock. I know ordered products online is "hit or miss." These are a hit. The glass is thick. The construction is solid and sturdy. While most lighting products of this nature come with the required wire nuts for installation, this seller went the extra mile and included an EXTRA end-cap AND rubber seal for the mounting bolts as well. That's just thoughtful, isn't it? I would recommend an elongated Edison bulb. That would be attractive. There are not bulbs included. As advertised, the bottom is open for easy bulb placement and change. If/when a customer chooses these, I will update this review with a picture after installation. Until then, don't worry about this being an inferior product. These lights are very nice. ... show more

We love these light fixtures so much! We used to replace our smaller basic outside garage lights and they made our house look newer and more modern. We have smart RGB bulbs in them (that are currently flashing red, green & white for Christmas) and they look so good in these light fixtures! They come with everything you need to install it. They use the typical electrical screw caps to connect the wires. It took us about 30 mins to install both. My absolute favorite part is that the bulbs can be changed from the open bottom. My last fixture’s were a pain to get to the bulbs. Highly recommend! ... show more
