    • Light bulb included causes light not to work correctly

The 1st thing to do when you open the package is to throw out the enclosed light bulb. I spent hours trying to adjust this light only to find that the light bulb causes the light to work incorrectly. I only gave it 4 stars because I really do like the look of the light. I don't like that I have to make adjustments to the light. I just want to install a motion sensor light and have it sense motion. I also don't like that the sensor is on top of the light because the light itself blocks an area of the sensor. The light is next to a door. I come out of the door and the light doesn't come on because I'm next to and below the light. I have to take a few steps in the dark and then jump up and down. ... show more

This has 3 different modes, dusk to dawn, motion and low lighting from dusk to dawn and gets brighter when there's motion detected. I like the way it looks and the big area at the bottom that you can actually get your hand in to change the bulb. I only gave it 4 stars because the motion light only stays on for 180 seconds if it doesn't detect motion, so it's been going off when my dog isn't moving in the yard. And I don't care for the way you have to change the settings, mine is placed at the top of my steps so I can't see what I'm doing when I take the cap off. ... show more

Hi. I’m not sure how to contact the seller outside of this review. I really like the look of these lights. I bought the two pack and had someone come install them for me and unfortunately one of them is not working. I don’t really want to have someone come back out and take both down to send them back when one is working fine. Is it possible to send one replacement and then when it comes in I’ll send the faulty one back? ... show more

    • Poorly placed sensor

The lamp looks good and functions properly. However, to keep the aesthetic, the motion sensor is at the very top! Your lamp is going to be mounted at least 6 feet up, so it's not going to detect motion well for people walking up your steps unless you wave your hands above your head!
