I was looking for a treadmill without the price and bulk of a full unit. This treadmill ticks off several boxes, including the compact size that makes storing it easy (it slides right under the bed for us). The wheels help with maneuverability and the weight is sturdy enough for the workout, but doesn't make it difficult to move the unit. The remote and touchscreen is simple to read and easy to use; the screen display shows your time, speed, distance and calories burned - I like that there is no extra clutter/buttons and I can see the basic info at a quick glance. I also like that there is an incline option by popping the stand legs out, to add a little more challenge to the workout. The quiet motor makes this a great option to use inside the house, especially when the weather is not ideal outside and my family is still asleep. Transition between the speeds is smooth and pausing makes a gradual slow down of speed before stopping. The package arrived promptly and was packed well; all parts were there, as well as an extra battery for the remote. Set up was simple - pull from box, plug in and it was ready to go. I received this on Saturday, walked for an hour straight out of the box and I am so impressed with this walking pad. I’m 5’10, wear a size 10 shoe, and i was really worried that the belt wouldn’t be long or wide enough. I have to shorten my stride slightly, but nothing that feels odd or distracting. It doesn’t lay flat; it’s at a 3% incline already. You never realize how much effort and balance you have to exude on a treadmill until the railings are gone. I sweat my butt off on this thing. My shins, joints, and lower back haven’t hurt post workout. I didn't think that it would work well with “only” going up to a level 5…you’ll be fine with this little guy. It’s really easy to move around, too. This is a great addition to any home gym. Definite worth the buy. ... show more

Purchased this for my work at home setup and I’ve been really enjoying it so far. I’m fairly healthy and lift weights regularly but needed a way to squeeze cardio in, so this was a great way for me to work while walk. I can easily take calls (in the lower setting) and can make a fast walk/jog at the higher setting to get a sweat on. The incline option is definitely a plus and very few other products had this. Ordered this small treadmill to help me get my steps in on bad weather days. I have limited space in my bedroom and this fits perfectly! It was really easy to setup and get started. I'm 5'6" and the length of the treadmill is fine. The remote is easy to use but even better is the downloadable fit app. I set that up on my iPad. You can choose from several programs and it starts your treadmill through the app. My only caution is, if you aren't steady, you'll probably want to order one with a fold-up railing for stability and safety. I don't run on this, but I do get a pretty fast walking pace going, up to 3.6-3.8. Also love the ability to manually add more incline. Highly recommend! ... show more

I've unboxed this, set it down, and tried it on three different circuits in my house. It trips every circuit every time. One circuit had other serious appliances on it, so -- fine. The other two circuits had literally nothing else drawing power. Nothing. So I haven't been able to get it to run for longer than one minute six seconds; it has never managed one mile per hour for longer than 7 seconds. Ridiculous. The media could not be loaded. I had a check list for what I needed in a walking pad. ~incline/jogger mode ~remote & app control ~not too loud ~300lbs weight limit so my tall husband could use it ~good reviews ~not overpriced ~stylish look, lastly & least important. This walk pad hit all my expectations. It actually has a touch screen display that you can touch with your hands or even feet if you have good balance. The app is great and I haven’t used the remote yet but happy to have it. It’s quiet enough, noise level as expected. It seems to be good quality and I love the orange trim color. It came already assembled and ready to use. I did check the oil under the track and it was good to good. It didn’t come with oil but that’s ok, that’s an easy buy on Amazon and I would like to choose my own anyway. I even love the name “homeTro” it’s cute, simple and easy to suggest to friends. Very happy there was free shipping also. The cord is long enough for me too. I’ve used it twice so far and I’m extremely satisfied. This is the one, get it! ... show more
