It was not handed directly to resident, it was left on edge of Front Porch. Seems a little light gauge, certainly not bank vault quality, lol. But what do you expect for this price. The keypad works great once you code in. The unpluggable battery pack is ingenious! you can just plop it in a drawer or anywhere, and the safe is a paperweight. Load the bottom with some heavy weight, nobody will be carrying it off to quick with the alarm buzzing on the house! IT's ok, more size than my small single pistol or two boxes. What I dislike is the fact that I cannot get into the thing and I’m needing to call a locksmith to break in to retrieve my valuables! ridiculous!

    • Not Fire or Waterproof
The media could not be loaded. There is no way this safe is actually fire or waterproof. It comes pre drilled with holes in it on the bottom and back of the safe all the way through to the interior and there isn't a fire rating for the safe. The safe is only a very thin metal structure.

Keypad didn’t work from the first use, just worked once , after that didn’t work So I have to use the keys. If I lost the keys, I will not able to open it
