The headphones were shipped quickly! Packaging was pleasant and came with the cord needed to charge. They are very comfy and the RBG lighting on them makes them look really cool. Considering what I paid for these I actually prefer them to more expensive headsets I have purchased in the past due to their duel functionality. I can put dongle right in my Nintendo switch dock when I’m playing on my monitor. When I want to play handheld the attachment on the dongle that goes directly into switch for portable use is AWESOME! They sound very clear and the mic seems to work well. I have asked about my voice quality with friends I game with and they said I sound super clear! These are one of the most comfortable headphones that I ever used. Not only does it not cause any discomfort when i wear it for prolonged periods of time, but it also helps to tune out and reduce background noised despite not being noise canceling. also i found that most headphones tend to be too big for my head size, however these perfectly fit. Also the mic is amazing I had used the mic in many different environments such as BF connection with my phone while on call, or usb connecting on my computer for conference call and even gaming, it works well in all environments. Lastly believe that it work better if not out perform in general compare to other headset costing $80 or more. So it general you are paying less and getting more for your money. ... show more

So i was in the market for a new headset with the new USB-C iPhone. I reviewed quite a few but i ultimately came across this product that claimed to support Bluetooth and 2.4GHz for laptop communication. I needed both of these for personal and Teams conferences. Upon receiving the item i immediately tried the Bluetooth connection with the iPhone to test the quality of the connection, first with music from the phone and then a few phone calls. I noticed immediately that with the Bluetooth phone connection, i was able to walk around the house, upstairs and downstairs, with walls in between, and still had a solid connection. The bass was not muddy but solid and heavy like 30 Hz signal and the midrange and highs were reasonable considering it is Bluetooth. The phone voice quality was very very good. It was clear and well rounded as if the DtoA converter smoothed it out a bit with a slight dynamic expansion across the scectrum so that it sounds like i was using a studio mic. This was the feedback i got from the folks i called. On the receiving end i could hear their voices with very good clarity. I liked it so much so i called a few friends who are part of our weekly conference and share how much i liked the product. Well a few days later they were also giving me feedback on how much they like the sound and the phone/Teams swich for personal and WFH tasks. The quality of the build material is not the best, it does squeak a bit as you put it on, but the padding is great for at least 4 hours and the battery has lasted me more than 20 hours. It can be USB-c charged while wearing it so this is not a big issue. Only thing i would change about it is making headband material of a better quality for firmness so it does not squeak when putting it on. Otherwize it is a very good buy. Update: I have used this headset for a while and it’s decent and great for the price. I like the RGB lights on headset. Battery is pretty decent too. I have used it for gaming (no issues with audio output), clarity is fair enough. I have seen occasional delays during zoom meetings but works fine with teams meetings. It could be issue with my settings. I did like the usb-c option to connect which is convenient. It’s large for my ears but not heavy. So the only concern I had/ have will be the packing and quality itself. But for the price it’s a good deal. Changing my rating after using it for sometime. Customer sales support did reach out to help with issues but I did not face any technical issues yet. —————————————————————— I haven’t used it yet, box was not sealed and the headphones were just wrapped in a bubble wrap and an obvios spelling mistake “paly” on the box makes me wonder if I should keep this.
