I’m going to be straight up and say do not buy this! I’m not the one to complain about certain items, but man yall really did bad on this one. Didn’t receive the ps5 box it came wrapped up in bubble wrap, no HDMI, no power cord and the controller power cord does not work luckily, I still have my cords from ps4. Now all that small stuff right but yall sold me a permanently or temporarily suspended ps5 AKA permanently banned console. ... show more

I had the worst experience ive ever had with an Amaxon purchase. First, package came in just a cardboard box ( not Song packaging ) but I guess that’s expected when you buy renewed ( which I still payed a very high price for used product ) it also came with random cables and was just overall sketchy. I moved on and started the console set up. As soon as I downloaded a game ( which was estimated to take +50 hours and actually took 2 whole days to download ) I proceeded to enter the game and immediately the console would blast its fans and shut off completely. I received this interaction over and over again even after redownloading the game. I would not recommend and just bite the bullet a pay for brand new from trusted sellers WITH WARRANTY! ... show more

Update: they reached out and attempted to resolve the issue. They approved the return and I received a refund immediately. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars still upset I had to reorder a ps5 but they made it right. . The new features PlayStation was busted but that was not their fault someone switched out the console on them. Just going forward make sure you all attempt to set up an account to assure they’re not banned. Don’t purchase from them especially if it’s a gift! I was embarrassed! Finally turned on only to see the console was banned!!!! Waiting on a response from Amazon or four games but as of now 1 star ... show more
