I got this because I needed a exacto knife for a craft project I was working on, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that I'd only use once or twice. This knife was exactly what I was looking for, as it also comes with a bunch of spare blades, and a metal ruler, all for about the same price as big name brands - where you'd usually just get a single knife + blade. So this set was perfect for me! The knife itself feels sturdy, and I didn't have any difficulties when switching out the blade tips either. It works just as well as any other exacto knife I've used, no complaints in that regard. I didn't really use the ruler at all, but I'm glad it's included as it could come in handy later. I also like the variety of color options for the handle of the exacto knife, I picked green, as it's my favorite color :) So overall, I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a basic exacto knife that is good quality for a low price. ... show more

It was very sharp and came with more than enough blade replacements. The blade did come a bit lose while I was cutting from time to time, but that may have been my fault and it was not a safety hazard.
