Update: I didn't return the buds. Score changed to 5 stars. To fix the pausing, install the 1More app, go to Smart Playback and choose No Smart Playback. This stops the pausing. Then you can uninstall the app. The ANC still functions and I don't have random pausing. Changing score to 5 because I like the sound, bass, ANC, and value. My music sounds way better. They are slippery to hold and don't fit the best with any of the plugs. Medium works fine enough. Note: 1More support did reply to my review via Amazon chat way after the Amazon return window was closed. Offered refund. I liked the sound enough to get over the frustration. A few weeks later I figured out how to disable the Smart Playback. And now everything is great. Old review: The music constantly pauses. Movement of my ears causes it. For example, humming, yawning or chewing. I can wiggle my ears to get it to pause and unpause. Or the tiniest press on the bud starts the music again. They are way too sensitive to whatever heat/skin detection they are capable of. If you hold them just right in your fingers you can get them to play. ANC works good and there's much more depth compared to my original Jabras. Emailed 1MORE support, no reply. Returned them. Not worth the hastle. ... show more

I have been a fan of one more since they just had wired earbuds. This is my second pair there not as comfortable as my old pair from them but they work well and I don't prefer the "air pod" style. But they stay it well have good noise canceling and don't fall out at the gym. Excellent product for the price point. ... show more

very impressd with the quality of these, also very impressed with the features availble on the app, i can confrim the multiple device connection works even tho its a test feature on the app you have to turn it on, i havent had any trouble and it will change input device quick and consistantly. i will update if anything happens but sounds great so far, even works great for riding my bike, answers calls easily and mic still picks up my voice over all the wind noise. wish that the different noise cancelling features were a little more explained, i want more passthrough audio so it doesnt cut away too much of the traffic noise around me. ... show more

Earbuds pauses or stops at random times; tried everything from updating firmware to resetting the earbuds multiple times. Contacted the manufacturer and no responses received. Quite disappointed with this company as I used their wired earbuds with good standing. My belief is that its a design and mechanical failure where the slightest (like very teeny tiny movement) head movement will trigger something to stop/pause the sound and then you have to physically push the play/start button on whatever the device your using to restart the sound. Really good sound, good noise isolation, the only bad thing was the phone calls were horrible, even on my end, i use my earbuds alot for phone calls so that is really important to me, when on calls, on my side, the caller sounded very digitized, almost robotic, and from what i was told, i pretty much sounded the same way. UPDATE: the previous review still stands, but I had to deduct two stars and withdraw my recommendation due to the frustration of the ear buds desyncing. You can even find YouTube videos about this issue. The manual tells you "how" to fix it, but the solution doesn't work. It really is just a matter of "wait, see, and hope" that it resyncs. So, if you buy this, just know that the ear buds get desynced quite often where only one will work. ------------ The buttons can be confusing. Sometimes you tap twice to pause/play music, other times it's one tap, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. And the buttons are very small without any tactile feedback to let you know where they've been pressed or not. I've learned to just slide my finger over them to ensure that they've been pressed. Also, the charging case is very minimalist, with only a light to indicate just how much battery the earbuds have left. Easily a 5-star product if not for the first complaint. ... show more
