**Update** Customer service has been phenomenal for this trampoline! They care about their customers and are doing the best they can to resolve the issue! I look forward to my kids spending many more hours on the trampoline! The mat had what I thought was a small wrinkle but ended up being a defect that turned into a hole. Our rules are strictly followed, no shoes or other things that would cause damage on the trampoline. Also the safety net has ripped along the entrance and exit zipper with only normal use. ***After contacting the company they are graciously replacing the parts!*** ... show more

AWFUL INSTRUCTIONS and bad parts. I have never encountered such awful instructions-for every step I did it became clear by the next step that I had to go back and do it slightly differently. Not all of the parts fit well, some of the screws are the wrong size or dont fit. Now that I am almost done putting it together there is no way to attach the netting to the bottom of the trampoline. This was very expensive for the quality and the awful awful instructions and parts. I would return this right away if I didnt have to take it apart to do that! ... show more

It took most of the day to put together but it's great. My only complaint is the strings provided to hold the netting on. They come undone constantly. We replaced them with fishing wire and it holds great now.

Very easy to assemble, the only thing that was annoying was having to thread the line that attaches the bottom of the protective netting to the springs. Other than that, great product.

Absolutely perfect. I see all these reviews on wrong size. You got the right size just installed it wong. You cant just go all the way around. It wont fit and destroy your springs. Use the north south east west install instead. I feel so safe with my 3 year old son playing in it. Please read instructions they send you. ... show more
