Started on the first pull out if the box and runs well. I found two things I didn't like. I had to swap the crank shaft from the engine this replaced due to a custom shaft profile. While doing so I found the cam shaft is nylon. Also when I replaced the included spark plug I noticed the plug threads in the head are pretty rough almost like the hole was too large before the threads were tapped. Very Very happy with this engine. It's just as good as the other top name 212cc engines out there. High quality parts and also most of the predator parts fit right on this engine. I installed it on my snowblower and it was a simple 1.2.3. Install only took about 30 minutes for everything. Great power and nice and quiet.
