    • short range batteries and replace left crank arm for pedals
the battery range is15. miles Is one battery not working. the left pedal crank arm has a deflection while peddling. it must be slightly bent can you send a new crank arm left side . and explaine to me why the range is so short. i I purchased 2 bikes at the same time, Ones fine.

I recently purchased an electric bike, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed! Although I've only had it for a few weeks, I can confidently say that the quality of the product is excellent. The assembly process was straightforward and didn't require much effort. I was able to put it together without any trouble and was quickly on my way. The bike arrived with flat tires and 2 same left pedels, but their customer service was exceptional. They quickly sent a replacement part, and expain the tire is not pump air because of long shipping safety, it need pump after assemble it well, now the bike works perfectly. Speaking of customer service, I can't praise them enough! They were prompt, courteous, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. As for the bike itself, it's a dream to ride. The electric assist makes cruising up hills a breeze, and the battery life is impressive. It's perfect for running errands, or just cruising around for fun. I love the sleek design and comfortable seating. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this electric bike to anyone in the market for one. The media could not be loaded. The new V30 bike is great value with 2 batteries. The bike is comfortable to ride and pedaling is good at speeds above 20 mph. My only complaints are I wish each battery had on off switch and bike is on the heavy side at 95 lbs
