    • Quiet - Jam Free - Large Bin
My previous shredder was a SAMS special with a smaller bin. It was much louder and jammed to the point of garbage in just over one year. KITNERY to the rescue. After much research, I decided to go with this unit. I am mostly happy about the low decibel and the larger bin. I have a home office, and the shredder is in the next room. I can easily attend conference calls using a speaker phone with the office door open while the shredding is happening in the next room. Also, when it's time to empty, there isn't a mess after I am done - no bits of paper on the floor. I'm unsure how Kitnery minimized the airflow when emptying the bin, but I love it. It is a heavy unit. My wife accidentally dropped it while unboxing it, and I thought for certain we cracked it due to the loud noise—it hit hard. Nope, the thoughtful packaging saved it! Finally, we have often used the AUTO-FEED, which does an excellent job of pulling in single sheets. There have been no jams yet! This shredder works highly reliably and exceedingly well for office use/professional grade shredding, even during intervals of heavier usage as may be necessary in busy offices. It is as well less costly and far less bulky than many other shredders branded as professional grade.

Shredder works much better than our old one. Love the auto-feed feature since we're a busy office. The micro shreds mean the shred bin doesn't fill up as quickly as our old shredder as well.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This machine broke only 3 months after we starting using it, we used every other day for as little as 40 pages and simply broke.

Our office loves this shredder. You can put up to 150 sheets and walk away. Its also super quiet for a shredder (compared to our last one). We have been using it for 2 months now with zero complaints.

    • Works great for a small office
This shredder is what we need. I like that it's white and has the auto feed feature; which is extremely helpful. Before I'd have to feed the paper manually, and that took a lot of time. The only minus I have is the sliding support inside the basket that pierces the waste basket liner we put in for easy waste removal. And like all shredders, there's shredding residue when removing. But otherwise, it works great, and is just what we need for a small office! ... show more
