My 17 year old high school hockey player put together himself quickly and it works great, even with slapshots. Also pretty light, so it is easy to move when it is time to cut the grass. We use this item as a regular volleyball practice net for my daughter and as a backstop net for volleyball as well. It is very easy to assemble (although a step-ladder is helpful for rigging the top portions of the net on both sides). The item has held up well and was blown over only once by a strong gust of wind so far, but a pair of weights prevented this any further. We use this item on the street and in the yard.

I have cats and like to practice my golf swings. This net accomplish two objectives for me. It stopped my cats from entering neighbor’s yard next door as the net will fall on them should they try to climb the net. While I get to practice my golf swing for low flying shots in backyard. It was east put together and good tensile strength. we had gusty winds yesterday which stood the wind gusts. Nice looking designed net. We ended up not needing the net to be at 10-feet tall. So we installed our net with 2 sticks on each side instead of the 3 sticks on each side. And it is tall enough for us. Should we need to raise it, we can always add the third stick on each side to raise the net height to 10-feet.

I use this to keep my arm in shape for volleyball. I can hit the ball hard into the net and I don't have to walk far to retrieve the ball. It has been very durable in my use. Left it up all last summer, took it down for the winter, and I just put it back up yesterday. Highly recommended.

When I came across this backstop net I thought it was the perfect solution for us! My kids play soccer in the backyard and I can’t even recall the number of times they have kicked the ball over the fence. We set this up pretty quickly, and it looked great! Fast forward a few days, we go to our backyard ready to try it out for the first time and we see the net all bent from one side. The kids didn’t even get a chance to try it out… this lasted less than one week!! It looks like one of the connecting parts bent all out of shape. Needless to say, this is beyond frustrating given the amount of money we spent for something we can’t even use!! Sooo disappointed, and out of a good quantity of money! 😩 UPDATE: Reached out to the seller for a replacement connector part and they did graciously comply. We will give this another go, and time will tell how well this holds up.

We were looking for a way to keep lacrosse balls out of the neighbors yard. This backstop is getting most of them. It's pretty solid and comes with stakes to keep in in the ground. My nephew kicked some pretty hard soccer shots into it and it was fine.
