I carefully assembled the car, plugged it in to charge the battery, but then the ON button only flashed momentarily and NOTHING WORKED! I made several attempts, plugging in and pressing the button. Nothing! I contacted the merchant through Amazon Returns TWICE without a response, so I will attempt a resolution through Amazon administration directly. I can "show off" a car that lights up, plays music, and can drive around the yard remotely, but this is really just a huge plastic model when it doesn't work. A Miata Club friend also bought one that arrived damaged; another got one that works fine. Good luck if you buy one. ... show more

If you need a reason to buy this. This is it lol We are a car family and when our baby was 6 months I got this for her. It’s as legit as it can be. This car was made by Mazda and you can find a video on YouTube of this car being advertised in a Mazda dealer in Japan. The remote works amazing and I can control the car while my baby hangs out and looks cool on walks lol now she wants to drive it on her own and is so comfortable on this car while it moves she’ll be ready for go carts in no time! ... show more

Although this car is nice, it works well and has a lot of great features. The ages it says is 3 to 8...I bought for my average size 6 year old for her birthday...her knees come up way to far. She will not get that much use out of it and for the money I paid she should of gotten a few years. The age should be 2 to 4... ... show more
