The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 for my grandsons. Received quickly and nothing was damaged or lost. Almost returned when putting together but operator error on my part. It was simple enough. Appearance is awesome. Excited to see if my grandson can ride without the training wheels. (He has good balance) Impressed it came with a remote as well. Powered on right away and lights all work. The media could not be loaded. This product actually arrived early as simile was very simple directions or direct to the point. It was a very easy process it up. It took about 45 minutes, but my grandson loved it and the wake capacity is one of the concerns but it has a weight capacity of 70 pounds so for Christmas day it was actually been written by grandson that we brought it and two older grandson. Purchase for toddlers birthday. Easy to assembly. Only down fall is speakers are not very loud and can barely hear when she’s riding. Other than that exactly as pictured!
