  • Amazingly bright
I still remember the lights we had on our bikes as kids that ran on two AA batteries powering a small single bulb that barely lit your way home. You won’t have that problem with this modern light. It’s all metal and the feel of it is quality. It seems like it might be able to take a bit of abuse or at least a few falls off the handlebars and survive. It’s rechargeable by USB C at the back and also has a USB A connector so it can act as a 5200 mAh power bank for your phone in a pinch. The best thing about this light is it’s BRIGHT. The top button lights the center light and can be adjusted from high to medium to low and then blinking fast and slow or SOS. The second button controls the two lights on the sides which are softer, but have similar functions. If you want the ultimate in brightness, double click the top button and all three lights will power on. This is by far the brightest bike light or actually even flashlight that I’ve seen. Besides the main light, you also receive a rear blinking light that attaches to the seat post and offers a few options for solid to different kinds of flashing lights. This light is also rechargeable, but by micro USB instead of USB C. It almost seems like an afterthought that this extra light was packaged with the main one, but I appreciate it. The only issue I had with it is the rubber gasket covering the USB connection is difficult to remove. To test it out, I charged the battery to 100% and ran the single center bulb on high for twenty minutes. Battery level was down to 91% after the test. The metal exterior of the light got pretty warm. I was surprised by how much so and that is a concern. I would suggest letting it cool down after a ride before removing it to recharge. All in all though, a really nice bright light that does what it promises. ... show more

  • Lights up My Bike World!
This light system is great for any bike you have. It attaches easily, is easy to adjust on both the front and the rear, and really provides plenty of light to see and be seen. The front light has a very strong beam that is plenty wide enough and goes out far enough for you to see anything in front of you. I use the regular setting when I’m riding at dusk, night, or dawn. I use the flashing setting during the day. I feel it makes sure car driver’s eyes are drawn to me reducing the chance of them running into me or pulling out in front of me. The front and the rear light both have these features. My friend has followed me on her bike and says that the flashing feature on the rear light really makes it stand out. I think flashing is good even at night to catch others eyes. Both lights charge using a type C USB connection. The lights have a quick disconnect that allows you to push one lever and remove them from their base. This is a great feature in that when I park my bike in the garage, I can just quickly take them off the bike, bring them in to charge, and then reattach them without having to do any readjustments on placement. The battery charge lasts for multiple rides. I haven’t timed how long the charge will last but can say that it is plenty long that you’re not recharging them all the time. I would strongly recommend this lighting system for any bike you have. ... show more

  • Very bright
Nice and bright! I wasn't pleased with the factory headlight for my E scooter, so I decided to pick this bad boy up. Happy that I did. It is nice and bright, easy to charge up, and it snaps on to my bike easily. It's a very solid piece and the metal is nice and strong. Does not feel cheap at all.

  • Very bright, easy to mount, and great power display feature
Over the years I've tried a few different lighting solutions for night rides, with the best being the ones with a remote battery and cable. Things have changed over time however, as battery tech has gotten quite good and with super efficient LEDs we can get small packages with great battery life and amazing brightness, and this bike light is a perfect example of that. Pros: + Very bright. + Easy to mount, and once mounted it is easy to adjust while remaining secure. + Excellent price for a light with this power and feature set. + Clear and easy to see power level on the display. + Standard USB-C charging. + Rear red light is a nice bonus. + Use as an emergency power bank is a huge bonus in case you need to charge you phone (just make sure you bring a cable for it.)0 Cons: - n/a Overall, I'm quite happy with this bike light. It gives me performance that surpasses that of my older remote battery lights in a much more compact and easier to manage package. I like how it mounts to my bars, making it easy to put on and take off, and aside from being extremely bright, it has some fantastic features that really stand out like the power bank option and the battery display. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a self-contained bike light that will perform really well for a good price. ... show more

  • Solid Feeling Light with 2 working modes
The packaging is really well done on this and right out of the box the main light feels heavy duty in a metallic casing. This makes me feel it can take a bit of abuse should it fall. The modes are a little confusing as it acts like they're supposed to be high and low beams but essentially that boils down to 2 light modes, the first of which (high) is a brighter white LED, and the second (low) is more of a muted amber (soft) light. It has a few degrees of brightness and a flashing mode. I like that it shows the total charge (up to 100%) and this is while charging or running. Being USB C charge enabled is also a real plus. The real weak spot is that the rear light feels so cheap that even putting it on its mount felt like it may break it. To me the rear light is more of a bonus but if that matters to you, be aware. This rear light also does not use USB C chargers, but the older USB Micro (and a small cable is included). Overall it's definitely not the quality of a higher end CatEye-style light but this is a solid (and cheaper alternative). Time will tell how long the charge lasts but overall the main light is pretty solid. ... show more
