These work great on the Total Gym. I can now use standard machine attachments on the Total Gym for curls, tricep extensions and seated rows with the weight coming down the middle, which is how it should be but the TG with its 2 cables and handles the lifts don’t feel right, with the weight and balance different with each hand. Carabiner the 2 TG cables together, add these to the carabiner and ready to hit the FE. So far so good on durability but they seem HD enough. ... show more

Looks great and easily installed. Cables could be a little heavier duty but so far works good.

    • Gives more flexibility in performing exercises
I had a shoulder reconstruction surgery about a year ago after I tore my labrum and tendon. After recovery and physical therapy, I am finally able to use my BF home gym again. I am, unfortunately still limited on some of my range of motion using that shoulder, and I have been having difficulty reaching back to get the cable grips on some of the exercises. I got these GGTE extension cables for my BF home gym to lengthen the cables, and they have made a world of difference. They simply attach right onto the existing cables, allowing me to perform some of the exercises I simply could not reach back to start. The cables are very similar to the original equipment manufacturer's ones, and they have worked flawlessly so far. I've been using them for about a month now, and I haven't seen any cable fraying or wear on the connectors. I've been able to change angles, rotation distances, and modify exercises to work additional muscles. I highly recommend. ... show more
