I was worried that because it was so cheap, the fabric and construct of the bag might be lackluster, but I have to say this has been one of the best things I have ever ordered from Amazon. It was cheap, it's durable and made of an easy to clean material, and it is perfect for even bigger door dash orders like the large McDonalds bags. I bought this for doing delivery services, and I think I used it twice... before my bf needed one and I gave it to him to use. Lol It will keep hot things warm, or frozen things cold. The sides will buckle in, unless you put something like pizza boxes in it, then the bottom stays flatter, but the sides will still cinch in. :) I got it for the color, tbh... because it seemed like every other delivery person had a red one, and I wanted one that I could tell was mine.
