Purchased this bag due to the great reviews and am very pleased. Like most delivery drivers I use multiple apps. DoorDash supplies a delivery bag but quite often it is not big enough to handle food and drinks or multiple orders and UberEats provides nothing (that I'm aware of). This bag can handle those big/multiple orders or your own cold/hot stuff you may pickup at your grocery store. I found a cardboard box that fits perfectly inside of it to give it some extra sturdiness. Bought this to do uber deliveries & to hold some groceries. It's held up nicely as far as the durability goes, but the sturdiness of the bag is non-existent. This bag will flop around and is quite annoying when you're trying to put items in it. The sides have no support but once it's full up and zipped, no issues. If you're looking for a collapsible bag, this would work for you no problem, if you want something that can stand up on its own, avoid. I use this mainly every day for doordash delivery and sometimes when i shop at Aldi which doesn't have bags so it makes it easier and keeps the groceries cool. So far it has worked well and customers have mentioned they like that i have it. I just try to get the orders there as hot as they left the restaurant. You can fit 2 of the McDonald's big bags in it if you turn them sideways. ... show more

This bag is awesome! I have been able to put big bags from major restaurants in these. I own two. The delivery bag is well insulated keeping items cold or hot. The material of the bag is flexible and durable so you can fit large delivery items in. The customers' look on their face when unzipping the bag is priceless! I have had customers tell me they see other delivery drivers with a 'crappier' bag. I have also been able to carefully put coffee and other drinks in one of the bags as long as they have cup holders (I ask the restaurants for one sometimes). Everything works for what it does, it’s just a little bit smaller than I expected. If you need it for a Costco trip, go for a larger one.

I use this bag for UberEats, Door Dash, and Instacart for my customer's food. It keeps the hot stuff hot, and cold stuff cold beautifully. My customers appreciate that I'm using it. It's a good size too. I'm able to put pizzas in there easily. It holds a good amount.

The inner lining ripped almost right away. It still functions as a bag, but not an insulated one.

Good for small orders and big enough for small pizzas but anything bigger is a no go. Supper easy to clean up spilled drinks as I’ve already experienced first day of using it! Bag is collapsible
