    • Bags do fail at top seams then rip down sides, which it was reinforced there.
These bags are not the worst I have purchased. I purchased 6 blue (Oct 2021) and 6 red (Jan 2022). I am 6' 2" so the longer handles are a big plus for me. These bags are slightly taller than my other bags (another plus) from another company. So why a 4 star rating instead of five? The blue bags already have 3 of the 6 bags that have failed. I have just opened up the red bags today after 3rd blue bag failed. All failed at the top seams where the thread just let go. I use these are grocery bags and to carry my thermos, lunch and grab the mail and toss it in on the way to my office. They are very useful. I do not even zipper them closed. The bags come with a plastic sheet to give the bottom support. You can carry 2 one gallons of milk, or six 2 litter soda bottles, 10 1 liter juice bottles, They are large enough for a frozen pizza to stand sideways inside so plenty of room for what ever. If they would reenforce the side seams these would be a 5++. I thought of sewing them but material is a little thick to do that. ... show more
