Bought this to manage pickup of an annual large takeout order for a holiday meal. So far after a few uses, it seems to work fine for local trips. A couple of notes that would make it better/ideal : - some kind of solid polymer/metal frame or platform for the bottom that could be folded out to fit the bottom and act as a support - attachment points/additional strap locations for use as a tie down or shoulder strap sling carry, especially if the weight rating is put to the test. ... show more

I love these bags. We travel between Dallas and Houston for work and have a home in each place. We use these bags to carry refrigerated Items back and forth and they are roomy and fold up conveniently and do not take up all the space that a cooler does. They are roomier than a cooler and when they are empty, the collapse, unlike a cooler. We keep ice in the cooler and the refrigerated items in these and nothing get soggy. I like the bag for the most part. It was a nice size and was nice that it was flexible. We used it to take our food to a wrestling tournament so it fit well in the bleachers. It kept things nice and cool with our ice packs. The thing that I was disappointed in was the second time I used it one of the zippers fell off.
