Used this product to transport food items from Restaurant to various locations. The stitching is good and the carry straps go all the way around the bottom and sides. They fold down into barely anything. I got Grey as it isn't too flashy. The inside is reflective insulated and well enough for a moderate distance of travel. I put a piece of cardboard in the bottom to give it a little more rigidity when transporting food items like meats, beans, rice that come in the aluminum or metal containers. I may try a layer of something more rigid to insert for the bottom when it is unfolded and ready for transport use. I can see the zippers failing if you're not gentle with them, so just take the time/ patience to use the zipper correctly. Overall they work great and work exactly as described. Helps if you also have a hand cart for when you get to your destination as to not over exert them or put undue stress on your body. I'm going to put a bright colored string on the zippers (there's two zippers on each bag), or maybe color them with nail polish, so I can locate them faster. ... show more

I own high end bulky catering bags as well as these cost saving bags. What I’ve learned is that it is not necessary to have the large bulky bags - it’s heart breaking to miss a spill in a $50 bag and realize later that you have to toss it due to user error (cleaning is not effective once you have mildew) 5 of these bags cost the same as 1 high end bag and are pretty durable considering how thin they look. I can keep 5 of these in my car at all times and they take up less space than 1 insulated heavy duty bag- I replace my bags as needed (heavy use with sticky/oily spills) these are just a better use of space and dollars for similar insulation ... show more

Great buy to keep items cold or hot. In my case, I was wanting to keep items frozen as long as possible for an international trip where I import meat and other perishable items for personal consumption. My trip was about 4-5 hours long from freezer to freezer.
