The head unit arrived very fast (just three days) and I installed it easily. I have a 2011 Silverado, and since this is the stock unit (plus blue tooth) it went in very easily. After install, it only took a minute or two to hook it up to my Bluetooth. I highly recommend you buy from these people, because it was a perfect replacement of my factory unit, but with added Bluetooth, and the head unit also allowed me to use the 24h military time, which I am a big fan of!     • Installed the new radio easily.
It works great, now I can use the CD player OK. My cell is blue tooth and works great when calling through the radio speakers. One problem, when trying to go to favorites 2,3,4,5 or 6 to set them up. I press the favorite button and it won't change off of #1??? I will call for tech help and because my phone is blue tooth I'd like to be able to play music from it across the radio. Trouble trying to set it up for that. I will call for tech support. ... show more

I replaced the malfuctioning factory radio in my 2011 Chevy Avalanche with the original equipment factory radio from 1 Factory Radio. I failed to order the new radio with a mp3 attachment on the back side of the radio. I called 1 Factory Radio. While on the phone, they emailed me the return shipping label. The next week I received the right radio with the mp3 fitting on the back. Bluetooth was also added to the radio, which the original radio did not have. 🙂 ... show more

I bought one 6 months ago. Had to buy another a couple weeks ago. The market is cornered so they can ask whatever price they wish. So, $250 and the thing works fine except for bluetooth (first one) after 3 months aka post warranty. Second one i bought flashes even when my truck is off. Flashes, as in flashes constantly every 2-3 seconds. I'm no mechanic, but honestly how difficult is it to troubleshoot these things? ... show more

Worked as promised. Plugged it in and it worked. The only downside - maybe not the fault of the factory unit - is that you have to manually connect the Bluetooth on your personal device each time you want to use it with the radio.

This went in a 2013 Silverado 2500HD WT. Replaced the base-model AM/FM radio. Install took all of 15 minutes. Sound is actually great even with the factory speakers. Also notably, the door chime changed to a more pleasant modern tone. Total bonus feature! Apparently that noise is controlled by the stereo and there's a little speaker behind the dash.
