The most fun ready to drive out of the box RC car I have ever had. The performance is stunningly good, handles and drifts just amazingly well with turn radius and steering alignment adjustable on the remote. Comes with two rechargeable batteries and chargers that can be combined in parallel with included dongle, or hot swapped out. Realistically with the amount of tire traction on the road and speed in high gear, you only need one battery at a time unless you were endurance racing it. Enough torque to pop a wheelie in high gear in a full charge. However, hobby grade means you will have to be careful not to crash a wheel into something immovable at high speed or the suspension components will break and have to be repaired or replaced. The parts are durable enough for rolling but not clip crashing one side of it. I strongly recommend getting some hobby wire and twisting it around the chassis junction bolt and the upper front suspension arms to reduce the risk of breaking because I very easily broke mine on the first day inadvertently catching a mailbox post with a wheel. You can order replacements in theory and the manual comes with a parts list to do this, but the manufacturer’s website doesn’t have all the parts and specifically not this one listed for click and purchase. You’re better off not breaking it. Also the Bobby style pins for holding the body onto the chassis fall out in hard driving, and this thing is very capable of driving and jumping rocks and hills and grass, so you will want to drive it hard on and off-road. Instead also just use a twist of jewelry hobby wire or paper clips through the eyelets to hold it on. If you don’t mind doing a little re-enforcing and possibly repairing, this is an awesome very high performance electric RC car with impressive in and off road performance for the very reasonable price. ... show more

I recently was cleaning out the garage and found my collection of RC cars. ( Remember the “Hornet” “Original RC10” ) Well, I spent a lot of money and time in the 1980’s on both electric and gas RC cars and realized I can’t find the parts to get the old ones going again! With out spending an arm and a leg for the parts I could find. ( ya I’m 49 yrs old now ) This car is great for the $109 price. Straight out of the box it’s fast, 20-30 min drive time on a single battery charge, I’ve ran and recharged the 2 batteries 3x so far and the car is very responsive to steering and pretty dam durable for the $109 price point. The controller has all the trim for steering adjustment and Hi-Low speed control ads extra drive time in the low speed setting. The car is put together well compared to what I’ve had in the past. Don’t hesitate buy 2 of them for you and the kids. The dogs absolutely love to play with it as well. In hi speed mode they can’t catch it, but they try. I got the cheep deal without any extra parts so at some point I’ll need to get some replacement parts ( the usual extra body and tires) but that’s par for the course and even part of the RC fun! ... show more

This is a great higher level RC car. My son was getting bored with an easy ones so we searched for something better for him. It takes some practice to learn how to maneuver it but it’s fast and so much fun to play with!

Great truck I run traxxas team associated axial Arrma and ecx its not traxxas but it is not less surprising than it was on here for years I thought awe toys no good now the had clearance 2 years prices were 10th scale 200 ish 160 usually brushed models 1/16 120 and 1/20 89 and I got the 16th 2 for 28 each yeah almost bought 5 but I thought I could try then buy and nope all gone but brushless 16th in a 2 day period they got 3 more I saw a week later I got another they handle as well if not better than traxxas tq remote the 120 as well I got one of those with the blue hood yellow aqua man fork on it looks awesome deal was great the 20 does about 15 to 20 mph and one downfall shocks are only coil over fake oil filled shocks but moved with smooth ease and easy to put 16 dollars in a set of 4 star oil filled the 16th as well the tenth has headlamp and tail lights bright very all 3 have working foglights but the tenth is oil filled 6 shocks work well does a honest 30 as advertised and my only complaint is it is to easy to Hitt reverse double braking not even full strokes but has great steel driveshafts all 3 models 4 wheel drive and the tenth on clearance has 4 shocks in rear but they also all use deans plug better than traxxas design but yeah great trucks I wish now so much I got the 16th brushless 160 down to 70 all gone sonic triton and the tenth is same as legendary purple white black yellow and blue yellow white both beautiful both 169 I paid 56 each got 2 10th scales and paid 16 for a blue yellow white body I looked em over all 3 are the exact same designs 2 at 170 one black yellow red 56 gone now but the 20th scale are set 2 38 now and hosim or haiboxing is selling the exact truck 2 body's for 89 or 99 I realize that's the reason there trying to get 1 brand but so many from same factory different brands and prices just pay attention to detail realize there's only so many factorys and I work at one making cheese for pizza for like 5 companies pizza hut Dominos papa both lols so my poor typos im basically said that legendary rc is having an actual clearance event in 3 designs and scales starting with the most prominent 10th scale Legendary Legend is what I refer to it as its not the same as the real Legend model but it is a good quality rc truck at 56 dollars for everything needed to operate it and it slides on asphalt well in a 180 degree swing no rollover issues! The 16th scale is 28 dollars and I've had a few of these trucks awhile and there durable and easy to fix there performance is as good as the other 16th scale rc trucks that are not top of the line brands but are great for the price! And I honestly think out of all the budget models in 16th scale rc truck non brushless there one of the best overall quality and functional! The 20th scale are 38 great price and is awesome im not much of a mini rc gut but these on smooth asphalt are fast enough to outrun a man and do 15 plus mph doesn't seem fast try it you won't regret buying it for 100 or less it's a decent car bezgar has one equal and identical to it as well it'd not a indoor rc cars to fast but has a good little transmitter and all transmitters of the 3 work fine with any model so little boy can get a 20th scale rc remote and drive the 10th scale truck for people who are not near smooth enough surface not that you can't off road with them you can always run them wherever I just meant you want the most capable rc truck in your budget legendary won't let you down gently they slam through the issues theoretically and physically!! No im not being paid to say this or compensation in any way other than the quality the 2 year old set of legendary trucks I've had only needed new motors after miles and miles of fun and I replaced them easily! ... show more
