Unfortunately I bought the wrong size for what I needed to use to secure my huskies in my motor home with seatbelt harness while driving. These would have easily secured an elephant though 😆. I ended up returning these for a similar but much smaller size. Used these on the deck of my car trailer. Absolutely wonderful, held up great so far. I might’ve wished for the bolts to be a little bit longer, but not by much. They are barely long enough for the thickness of a 2x12, just a little extra to aid in securing the nuts and backing plates.

    • D hook are nice but the bolts are to short to go all the way through the deck

The hooks are nicely painted and look to be well made, but the bolts that you sent with it are too short to go through the deck. I had to go out and buy bolts for it.

Good heavy bracket, But the bolts are way too short. Had to run buy them at the hardware store. Need another 1/2 inch if mounting through a 2x6 on a trailer.
