I live in an area where Mountain Cedar and Juniper pollen is so thick that when it rains, it turns the pavement yellow. As that season approaches, this is the ONLY med I can take daily and live a semi normal life. Now I’m very sensitive to meds so I do take it in the evening before bedtime. What I also figured out is that you need to take it regularly for a few days before you really clear up in the heavy pollen season. This med is a staple during the heavy pollen seasons.     • Stronger than Fexofenadine
The good Zyrtec is stronger than Fexofenadine and works faster also this particular one comes with a 93-day supply which works out to be about 13 bucks a month. 3 days of this is in travel packets that fit nicely in a wallet or purse. The bad thing about Zyrtec is it can make you more tired than Fexofenadine in the test about 14 percent of the subjects became drowsy the only real way to know is to take a dose and see. I was curious if you can take Zyrtec and Flonase together and the answer is yes my doctor says they work in different ways so it is ok. I do recommend you consult your Doctor before you switch or if you have any questions or concerns. ... show more

Everybody's body reacts differently to meds, so you really have to try it for yourself to determine its effectiveness. That being said, its much easier taking this once a day than other meds that only work for 8 hours.

The Zyrtec tablets arrived in a well sealed bottle with a safety cap. There are 90 tablets in the bottle so I think it’s a good value for the price. It also comes with an individual travel size packet of tablets for travel.
