For the price I would think it would last more than 1 1/2 to 2 hrs…until changing again and the charging takes more time than the actual massaging… I’m thinking of buying one for my son but because of that 1 issue I’m on the fence 🤔

I love this unit, I purchased this in 2022 and have used it almost everyday. I had the older version as well but it broke. My husband purchased this one which is the upgraded version to the original with the ability to recharge. I absolutely love being able to take it with us in the car on long trips. But the other day one of the rollers has stopped working, I told my husband and he send a message about what could be done to fix the issue. There customer service replied within a few minutes and asked a few questions and now they are sending a replacement unit and a return label for the old unit. Top notch in my opinion. I love this massager!!! I get back spasms most every day, and this is very effective in relaxing my tight muscles. I love the fact that it’s cordless and so portable. I just flew overseas and that’s when I realized it is worth its weight in gold. It is surprisingly quiet, and has a generous battery life. I used it repeatedly to calm my back on the plane. I usually don’t use the heat function to save battery life, but find it gets nice and warm just from running, while pressed against my back. I love this massager! I purchased one for myself and then a second one for my husband! It’s great to decrease tension in the low back muscles. It works great to place it against the back rest of my couch or recliner and I lean back on it. I generally sit on a folded blanket to target my lower lumbar and sacral area (lower part of the low back) , then remove it to target the lumbar spine (general low back area). The heat feature is great too. I usually make sure I use my shirt or a small towel as an extra barrier if I use it for a few cycles as it gets pretty warm, but it works great. I like it so much I will probably buy a few as gifts for Christmas this year! ... show more

This works really well for back pain, but have had two in a year and both had a side that stopped working. I have tried talking to the company to no avail. One breaking could be a fluke, but two is unacceptable. Amazon reached out, but I have not heard back from them either. It’s like throwing money down the drain!! So frustrating!! ... show more
