I was having muscle spasms at work I went for a deep tissue massage $60 It worked but I don't want to have to pay every time my back acts up so I tried this device. It works Wonderfully. When my lower back muscles get tight I turn this on for a 15 minute massage and I feel much better. I should have bought one of these years ago. I’ve bought a lot of different massagers like this over the years and I have to say this is the best of the best. Absolutely love this massager! It’s very easy to position when you’re sitting on the couch or in a chair and it really digs in there so good. I use it all up and down my spine and on my hips. Love, love, love it!!! ... show more

Massage is strong, u do have to position it accordingly tho, not much heat in first couple 15 minute cycles but by third or Forth I could feel it, not enough for my taste but am keeping it anyway. For example it’s nothing close to an electric heating blanket! More of a massager than heater.
