We bought this trampoline 5 years ago and it has been amazing! Great product…my kids love it and as parents, we feel it is sturdy and safe. Great service…Due to things like a late season snow fall after putting up the netting and a puppy that poked holes in the mat, we have had to replace a couple pieces. This was a present to our children for Christmas 2023. We purchased the 16 ft trampoline with the basketball hoop option. I NEVER write reviews. I mean EVER....but I'm hoping this review will save others some time. I spent an extensive amount of hours researching trampolines on Amazon weighing both quality and price considerations. Ultimately, my wife and I arrived on a Zupapa brand trampoline after reading several reviews about assembly, their customer service and the availability of parts sometimes years after purchase. Assembly - What a dream. I've put together so many things from furniture to toys over the years and while there are a lot of parts and steps, it was all outlined so clearly that I had zero questions about which part went where. Take your time, lay out all of the parts, and follow the steps. Not only did every single piece go together well, but every single part came in the box!!! I know that seems like it should be a given but I've bought so many different items on Amazon only to find parts missing as I put them together. Not the case with Zupapa. They clearly have an attention for detail. Additionally, I put this trampoline together after midnight (Santa had to surprise the kids for Christmas morning!) by myself in the backyard. I was fully expecting it to be a huge pain in the butt and it couldn't have been easier. I love that most of the pole pieces lock together vs. a ton of nuts/bolts. I also love the Zupapa design because the springs are fully covered preventing injury. It's easy to tell this trampoline is well made and built to last. Customer Service - I didn't expect to need to test the customer service I read about in other reviews so quickly but shortly after New Years, a wind storm blew through. Not a breeze, not your typical wind, but winds in excess of 75 mph blew for two days straight. I should have went outside and took the basketball hoop portion off of the trampoline as I noticed it started pushing back and forth due to it's height and the strength of the wind. Temps were freezing and I was fighting COVID so I hoped it would be ok. I was wrong. Two days of extremely high winds battering the hoop portion(sits another 3-4 higher in the air than the top of the trampoline net) proved to be too much. The weather bent the poles and the net draped inward and gained a bunch of slack. I contacted Zupapa via email and explained the situation. I fully expected to pay for the new support poles but Zupapa replaced them without charge and FAST. I reached Betty and she couldn't have been more pleasant or competent. She quickly processed my request and provided me with a tracking number for the replacement poles. There were no questions or sidestepping by Betty or Zupapa. The windstorm wasn't their fault. The wind was crazy strong and I should have taken precautions with the hoop portion yet Zupapa stood behind their product and replacement poles arrived within days. I was in SHOCK. I can't tell you how many times I've sought out assistance on a product after the fact and you're lucky to even make contact with someone, let alone have parts (free of charge even though it was my fault) on your doorstep within days. It's this level of customer service that led me to buy this brand of trampoline in the first place. I'm so thankful that I researched and filtered through all of the trampolines on Amazon until I found reviews that speak to this level of service. It paid off immediately. The other aspect I appreciated was the personal touch Betty provided. During our correspondence several emails were sent back and forth and it was always Betty that responded. I didn't get passed off to 2, 3, or 4 different people. Just Betty. This never happens in today's world...not online, and not definitely not in the big box stores. It was nice to speak to someone who knew what my issue was, how to fix it, and in my corner. As for my children.....they LOVE the trampoline. All three of them. And the basketball hoop option is the talk of the neighborhood. Other trampolines litter the backyards of nearby homes but it's the basketball hoop option that has caught the eye of other kids and has them asking our kids about it. Huge win and worth every penny. You will read a ton of reviews on Amazon...even verified ones and wonder if it's all fluff or even if the reviewer actually exists. I assure you...I'm real, and Zupapa is the place to buy your trampoline. There's three very happy children in Indiana that can prove it. BUY from them with confidence and enjoy! ... show more

I was looking for a good size trampoline that has fun features and would last. We went with the 15ft and it came in 3 boxes. When we unboxed this trampoline the first thing we noticed is it is packaged very good and the instructions are great! The way it is built it is hard to put together incorrectly. We put it together and have loved it. I highly recommend this trampoline and if you do have problems the service team is absolutely wonderful and are willing to help. I faced a minor problem and fixed it but then reached out to the seller and they gave me the piece of mind and a solution that was great. This trampoline has a great warranty on it, it is one of the reasons we went with it but I can tell you we are completely satisfied and get to enjoy the trampoline with all 3 of us shooting hoops. We feel it is very safe for kids and adults and the highest basketball hoop poses a challenge for adults lol. Best part is you don't have to worry about being pinched on the springs because not only does it have a cover attached to the jumping mat it has padding that goes under neath that cover and is securely fastened. The safely net is also very secure, same with the ladder and slide. It comes with some stakes to make it windproof which is very useful. The trampoline arrived super quick. One of the boxes had minor damage in the corner from shipping. Nothing inside was damaged but 3 bolt sets were missing. Zupapa customer service was great and everything was easy to resolve. I sent a quick email and Allison responded immediately and we had the bolts within 2 days! The trampoline was much easier to assemble than I imagined. It took two 70 year olds 2 1/2 hours in the Texas humidity. It’s a great looking trampoline and very good quality.     • Good tramp with a few flaws

We bought the 16 ft tramp and it is a pretty good quality. We put the tramp in the ground so we did not use the ladder or net. The tramp works well and was pretty easy to set up. The flaws I have found so far are not major, but they are easy fixes. First of all, the spring tools they send are worthless. They broke on the third spring. So buy some others before you set this up. Second, if the pad has any issues, you have to buy a new one from this company rather than any other because of the way the pad cover is connected to the mat. Also, if the pad cover has issues, you have to buy a whole new mat. Third, the legs can easily fall off when moving the tramp around because the circular portion is just set on top of the legs and there is no screw to secure it. I drilled the legs and put a screw in each leg post to secure it. That would be an easy fix for the company to do. Other than that, this seems to be a pretty solid tramp. ... show more
