I don’t often write reviews, much less for a product I purchased 18 months ago, but I felt compelled to recommend this trampoline because for the extraordinary customer service from the company, and in particular, their service representative Milka. My story may be similar to yours that I was looking for a cost-effective trampoline for my kids, wanting to believe their enthusiasm, but fully expecting that it would be abandon within 2 weeks. I have never been so wrong. This trampoline delivered the lasting fun my kids promised, and I dreamed of. It is used daily, and is one of my daughters primary source of exercise. The kids use it alone, together, and with friends; often with 4-5 kids bouncing together. I only mention all of this background to get to the main point of my review. This trampoline is incredibly durable; unexpectedly so given its simple to assemble design. Nonetheless, after 18 months, several of the mat spring attachments gave way. Because this trampoline is in constant demand, I started the investigation into how to order a replacement mat, only to learn that the trampoline comes with a 2 year warranty. With low expectation, I contacted Zupapa and was delighted when I got an IMMEDIATE response. I explained my problem to Milka, who remained my personal service representative for the entire case. In reviewing the photos I sent she observed that I could use a couple new springs, and she proactively included those in my shipment. Without me asking for confirmation, she sent me the FedEx tracking number and when the package would arrive. All this happened in 3 days! As an after thought I asked for a replacement set plastic “feet,” and the next day Milka sent another FedEx tracking number and let me know they were on their way. The trampoline itself, but perhaps more importantly how Zupapa treated their customers, exceeds expectation. It is unlikely I am in the market for another trampoline soon, but I will seek Zupapa out if I am. In the meantime, I encourage you to do business with them. ... show more

The trampoline fits the side of our backyard (~14’ wide) very well and leaves enough space for walk through. The product is solid providing strong support for the whole family. After much research into different trampoline options, we finally decided on the Zupapa 1500LBS Weight Capacity Rectangle Trampoline 9X15FT 8X14FT. One large deciding factor was just how many people claimed excellent customer service by the Zupapa team. That fact unfortunately was immediately tested as it appeared some parts had fallen out due to lack of care from the package carrier(there was a large hole at the end of one of the boxes). Turns out my three year old just walked away with them! Martina and her team were incredibly prompt and helpful in their response (I'm talking about a response within a few hours of my email) and promised to check in with their package carrier to prevent any future package damage. I have honestly never worked with such a polite and helpful team before and will happily be shopping at Zupapa again. Beyond the customer care, we have also found the design to be extremely sturdy with little to no wiggle with two adults jumping on it and really appreciate the attachment of the safety net to the tramp (although we don't look forward to sweeping). ... show more

    • Great service and communication.
We have had our Zupapa Trampoline for 3 years now, and we still use it all the time and love it! It's easy to assemble, very sturdy, and can hold a lot of kids. It has really helped my son burn off energy during our time at home in this pandemic. It can easily be assembled by 1 person, all of the springs and parts have held up nicely. We are just now replacing the net for the first time, and customer service made it easy and simple. Lots of communication and timely delivery of replacement. A pole got bent in a wind storm, and they quickly replaced the part so my son could keep on jumping. Any time we have questions, they respond within 24 hours and are always friendly and extremely helpful. I had a different trampoline in the past, and it didn't hold up at all. I am very impressed with this product and the service provided by Zupapa! Thank you for hours of fun!!! ... show more

    • SEVEN YEARS later...
So we bought an earlier model of this trampoline SEVEN YEARS ago. I just have to say, the customer service and follow-through by this company is exemplary. Our original jump mat lasted just around six years of Utah extreme climate. Below freezing temps and snow during the winter, scorching sun and 100* all summer and no in-between. We never took the mat off or even covered it, so we were beyond impressed it lasted that long before we started popping springs. When we finally had to replace it, it was hard to find a replacement since there are more springs than standard tramps, but I found a no-name replacement at an online trampoline supply company. That one seriously lasted 11 months. Not even a year before the loops attaching the springs started tearing off, one by one. After searching-again-this year and unwilling to use the previous company, I thought I'd see if the seller still had any back stock. They did! They immediately responded and asked to for details to make sure we were getting the right mat. They gave me a fair price and as soon as I bought the replacement, they shipped it right out and after the delivery was confirmed, they followed up with me to make sure everything was good with the delivery and product. As far as the frame goes, we still have no rust, no warping and no problems. Even our original springs and ladder have held up beautifully. ... show more
