I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family fun business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I received my frother last night. I rinsed it off and dried it, put in a pair of AA batteries, put it in it's stand and placed it in my kitchen on the counter where it'll stay. This morning I percolated a pot of coffee. I've been drinking my coffee with banana milk lately but I only had a wee little bit so I used some of my sons' almond milk. I put the two milks in my coffee mug and knocked the chill of in my microwave for a few seconds. Then I used my frother for a few seconds. I couldn't believe my eyes. I poured my coffee in and it was a beautiful thick foam on top. So thick that when I added sugar it practically sat on top of the froth!. I gave it a stir and started to sip and it was a fantastic experience! Never will I ever drink a hot beverage without using this frother! It's a pretty small tool that makes a beautiful froth! It's a powerful durable little machine that I don't think I can live without. I absolutely love it and what it did to my non dairy milk. I am so glad I purchased it. It's amazing! ... show more

First of all, I purchased this frother in November of 2022 and have loved using it just about everyday for various uses. It recently stopped working (I assume from my heavy usage) to where changing batteries didn’t solve the problem. I promptly emailed their customer service and someone responded back to me within a few hours later (and on the weekend!) — They were so nice and helpful, first by sending troubleshooting advice and then by putting an order in to send me a replacement. The original color I had ordered wasn’t in stock for quick shipping, so they gave me options for other colors. Overall, this company proves they really care about their customers and just further shows why I prefer to support small businesses. Thanks Zulay!     • Love it but it has trouble starting, good buy though!

Initially when I bought this product, it was a great price and it lasted about 3 solid months with new batteriea. It does an excellent job. Used it not just for frothing milk and making iced coffee but it made the lightest, fluffiest scrambled eggs EVER. Any opportunity I had to use it I did. After it died and I replaced the batteries, it started giving problems to start. You have to press it just right to get it at full power or otherwise it starts not at all or starts but moves slower, as if it is losing power. I have not contacted the suppliers due to being occupied otherwise and not finding the time but overalll it is a great product. I changed the batteries this morning so we shall see how it works and go from there. It was an awesome buy though. Will repurchase if this one goes bad. ... show more

Purchased this great little frother in December 2023 & used it a handful of times without any issues. Last week I couldn’t get it to power on despite trying several different sets of batteries. Emailed the company & they promptly got back to me; they requested I try a couple of troubleshooting tasks but assured me they would replace the item without charge if I wasn’t able to get it working. We had several pleasant emails back & forth after I could only get it to work intermittently, & they shipped out a replacement frother promptly (with the option to wait a bit for the exact same color or choose from colors they had readily available).
