When creating beverages using your Milk Frother and your Keurig brewer, we recommend brewing a cup of coffee on either a 4oz or 6oz brew size and using the STRONG button if available. To make an iced latte or iced cappuccino, fill a 16oz plastic cup half way with ice and follow the same recommended brewing instructions. Once your coffee is brewed, pour the frothed milk over your coffee and enjoy your delicious hot or iced latte or cappuccino. Note- for iced beverages, only use a plastic cup, do not use glass. The Milk Frother also features a non- stick coating interior for easy clean up and a compact size that won’t take up too much counter space or easily stores away when not in use. My Keurig had a frother like this built-in which I never used; however, my wife did a lot. Then, one day, she decided it needed a good cleaning and put it in the dishwasher. Big mistake. It never worked again, and upon close examination at the base of that unit, written in braille-type print almost impossible to see, was the warning to not immerse it in water. Oops. This new unit is virtually identical to the old one, except it is a standalone unit. PLUS, it has a nice little obvious red sticker warning against immersion in water. Anyway, I've only used the frother once to see what all the hoopla is about, and lattes, or whatever they are called, are not my thing. But my wife loves this thing, and that makes it worthy of a 5-star rating. LOL ... show more

The "frother" is not powerful enough. At min or max, regular milk pours out first - ruining the cup of coffee. The entire reason for the purchase is to mix a great froth. Keurig fails with the power. We have a very inexpensive hand-held and it works much better and it's battery powered too. I thought electric would be the bomb, but the frothing is terrible. ... show more

This frother was great while it lasted. Only 2 settings, lightweight, easy to clean. But it started leaking after a few months of daily usage so I don’t recommend for anyone looking to use as their daily companion.
