I had my last IPad leather case for over 5 years and finally needed to replace it. This case has worked out very well. The case is quality, it holds my IPad safely in place. The cover is magnetized so when it’s closed it stays shut. My pencil stays in place holds a charge. It is easy to keep clean and most importantly iPad is fully protected. I use this 100% of the time and I have had it a year and it looks brand new. Comes in a very nice box so it would make a very nice graduation or any kind of gifting present.     • Every Folio Case I've Tried Fails in this ONE Area.

The media could not be loaded. I like this case, second time buying from this company. I bought it for my 2018 iPad that I ended up giving to my friend, then I bought the 2020 iPad after having a year bout of anti-apple (which I stand by with phones, Android is better and has stylus support and keyboards with number rows and symbols on the keys so you don't have to keep switching and swapping when texting). Love my iPad, but not their prices. THOUGH, it seems like every 3rd party folio company can't put magnets on the back of the case and cover, so when you have the case open and are using the tablet the cover securely stays in place and you don't have to hold it down. I have tried literally 20 or 30 cases for Apple and haven't found any that do it. THOUGH, this case has something the Ztotop one doesn't that makes it possible to give this case that magnetic latching cover when open. A pen pouch. Pros: -Angles, this thing has a good amount of angles you can place it in and they are STURDY, I tried stabbing at the screen to knock the kickstand loose, it's really hard to do, meaning using it as a desktop drawing easel is 100% doable. -Slimness, this could be the slimmest folio multi-angle-stand case I've used, sure you have your magic cover cases that can do one or two positions, but if you want more than that, they tend to really bulk up the case. Even the Zototop one is 25%-50% thicker. -Rigid: Since the cover seems to be some hard plastic metal combo, since when I put magnets on it, seems that there is only attraction in the wells where the stand sits in. This thing is not flimsy. Cons: -All that rigidity even though slim, comes at a huge cost and this easily doubles your iPad weight, making it SUPER not fun to hold. And the 12.9 isn't fun to hold as is. -The aforementioned non-"adhesive"/magnetic cover to back when using iPad in hand. You know like you do on Apple Official Smart Folio cover. -Even though it's rigid and whatnot, doesn't seem like it provides corner protection and as such wouldn't be great in a fall. Screen and Back 100% covered and due to their rigidity, you don't have to fear bending/breaking your iPad when in a bag. -I have a sleeve on my Apple Pencil, and this case covers the charging pad for the pencil. NOW without the sleeve on the pencil, even the really thin one I have on it, it charges fine and as advertised, but add that really thin silicon sleeve, and if you press down on it it can sometimes connect long enough to initiate pairing but won't charge the pencil with a sleeve on it. iPad Backcover Stay Trick: -This case has a pen slot on the backside, that's rather wide. I happen to have only about a thousand or so Neodymium magnets/ Rare Earth Magnets, of all shapes and sizes; and no that's not an exaggeration, actually a very conservative estimate. -With that in mind, I found that my 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/16th inch magnets worked perfectly with an extra 3/8th x 3/4th x 1/16th on the end. -The pen silo is about 7.5 square magnets long, that .5 is accounted for in the 3/8th x 3/4th x 1/16th magnet. - Once you carefully slide that into the silo, end to end, since they do have a tendency to fold up on you given their strength, you should be good to go, the back cover will securely hold on, you sacrificed a pen silo, but should make holding the iPad more enjoyable now without having to also hold the cover to the back. It's also not that expensive of an add-on 10 dollars for a 10 pk of squares, and 8 dollars for a 10 pack of the rectangles. Still under budget for an official folio case and with more protection and angle options. Conclusion: I love this case, hence why I searched it out when I re-bought my iPad. I also looked to see if they had it for the Tab S 6, when I looked, I didn't see it, but haven't looked since. ... show more

I use my iPad to draw and work on constantly. I was able to get everyone else in my shop to switch to this cover. No more issues with putting pressure on the iPad itself. It can hold the weight of my hand and doesn’t slip. Also looks great!
