Do do circumstances beyond my control I, a 75 year old woman, have to sleep on floor for the next month. This futon looked so comfortable and it is. I have not slept this well in years. I received my floor mattress yesterday. It inflated within an hour to full thickness I don’t detect any smells and it’s comfortable to lay on. I like that it has a washable cover and will hopefully fold up and into the included storage bag. It also comes with two belt like straps to support the mattress when folded. Thus far I feel I made the right choice out of the many available choices on the market. I plan to use these mattresses(Purchased two) for sleepovers with my grandkids and for other guests as needed. They are a bit pricey and more than I wanted to pay but I’d rather pay more and be satisfied with the purchase. I will see how the cover holds up with washing. I plan to add an additional waterproof mattress pad to reduce frequency of washings as it may not be easy to remove then reapply the cover. ... show more

The mat is perfect for what I needed it for (my little guy is sick and won't sleep without me nearby at the moment). Thin but very comfortable. The storage bag it came with was a selling point because I am limited with storage. Unfortunately after using it for the first time, the zipper side entirely off the bag after sealing it because the end piece popped off. Now the mat is zipped in without the ability get it out without tearing the bag, which I need for storage. So unfortunate. Just enough to make this tired momma disappointed. ... show more

This is the second futon I have ordered from this company on Amazon. This is the 4 inch and a little better comfortable when added the 2.5 inch I purchased a month ago. I am traveling and this futon is light enough to carry and fits well in the bag that was included. My only trouble is the cover has a hole - contacted the company and eventually received a reply and was offered a replacement. A comfortable mat I use it to put on on my futon made it much more easier to sleep on. I was thinking about using to sleep on the floor I think is that good? I recently had a stroke so my bedroom bed is at least 3 feet off the ground and I fell out a couple times trying to get out of it or off its adjustable bed. That’s why I’m so tall trying to get out of it or off it’s adjustable bed. We got the 4in one to put next to our sons crib for night wakings. The mat is pretttyyyy hard/firm, almost feels like the floor. Not sure it's worth the cost because of that, and I wish we had gone with something cheaper. It expanded to full thickness right away. It smelled bad like fish or chemicals or wet dog for about 2 days after we took it out of the box. We took the cover off and washed it, and put the stripped mat in a bathroom with the fan on and now it smells fine. I think it should be $75 or less. ... show more
