I’ve had this scale for about a year and a half and it’s worked great! I recently got the “Lo” message indicating low battery. I have changed the batteries three times with two different brands and it will not come back on. It lights up initially then goes blank. Will not come back on when pushed or stood on. I don’t love writing this but I was and am a really big dude. Doctors didn’t know how much I weighed I just knew it was north of 460. I got this scale and was right about 550. It’s really helped me. Now it reads 496. So I’ve been standing on it like everyday for couple months. It has held up just fine. It was hard to even find a scale that went that high. Im sure this thing will still be working when I see 300. Buy it and help yourself either stay healthy or get healthy ... show more

I've not had a scale for years but my A1C kept climbing along with my weight so my Doc suggested I do a better job of monitoring my weight. So far I am quite pleased with the scale. I weigh myself prior to going to bed each night so I'll know if I need to cut back on my consumption of food the next day.
