  • Awesome product, Flawless customer service
Size: Round
Let me say that I have two of these, one is for my grandmother who just started using it and is already liking it a lot. She has trouble wiping and this has been a great help to her, As for me I love it just because I find toilet paper a waste of money and a disgusting precedent that really only us an America seem to be holding to out of habit. Those Charmin commercials are convincing apparently lol But truly, I got myself one of these after getting one of the cheap $20 ones like 2 years ago and finally just decided to upgrade and I'm more than delighted I went with this. There are three settings for the temperature of both these seat as well as the water, The fan could blow a bit harder but it does the job fine and puts out nice warm air also with heat setting options. If I had one real complaint it would be the proprietary attachment for the water line. If you get one of these you will love it to death but make sure you get a spare water line replacement in case of failure down the line because It does not use a standard screw on it uses a push in pipe system, I think it's called PE But definitely don't quote me on that. Needless to say it puts out plenty of pressure as long as it's hooked up properly and tightened properly, Definitely use at least alittle plumbers tape and if you were having an issue where it's still leaking from the toilet I would suggest replacing the inside water stopper entirely with one that has brass threading on the bottom. Because I had a huge leak problem for a while with one of them and I realized it was the PVC threading that was the issue, after I got brass threading for the toilet water connection from the tank it was a entire none issue every again and only cost me like 20 more dollars and a somewhat quick search on Amazon for one that I for sure knew had brass threading on the bottom. Unfortunately the toilet light it has is kind of a meager blue and it doesn't really light up very much, So it's kind of still hard to find in the dark but definitely easier than without it. Also it doesn't have any sort of motion sensor so it's either on or it's not and there's no timer for it either as far as I can tell, Just an old fashioned one and off click with the button. There are some caveats, for one the fan and sprayer are a little far back on the seat itself to the point where it's kind of hard to click the toilet on entirely to the included rail system. If not at all impossible, but despite the fact I haven't heard the click or gotten it on fully it does not seem to move really regardless so that's good. Another slight issue is cabling, I have an extension cable that was able to put up with the voltage no problem even when everything is maxed out. But if you get this and do not have a plug within reach of the fairly short cable you will definitely want to get an extension cable for it and make sure that it's able to withstand a space heaters worth of volts just to be safe. (1500Watts) Don't cheap out on the extension cable and risk burning your house down especially because ones that can handle those voltages are usually only about 4 to $7 more depending on the length you want. I ended up having to call in and get a replacement T valve from them and they went above and beyond sending me an entire secondary accessories kit so that's a great thing to have on hand for me personally later if something goes wrong, It came with another railing in case the one it's currently clicked into ever snaps on either of the ones I own, an extra T valve which is what I actually asked for and now I'm using in replacement of one that was leaking prior and pretty much all of the other things along with a spare One of their proprietary hoses. The person who contacted me was very understanding of the way I had to get in contact with them, I ended up being forced to leave a one-star review explaining the problem temporarily and they messaged me and I happily deleted it immediately after I was able to get in contact with them and get all of that settled. They started this stuff on the way pretty much same day and it took about 4 days to get here. Very forthcoming very understanding and very kind customer service that I would happily give that a 12 out of 10 And I will definitely be getting more of these if I ever move or even if one breaks I'll happily pay for a new one just because the customer service was so flawless I want to encourage more of it. Suffice it to say this device is well worth the money for what it provides alone and a huge bonus is the quality customer service that they give on top of everything. Pros and cons list below Pro's Very easy to install Gets very warm and has several settings for preferences Has a saved profile button to swap between preferences for multiple people Good pressure with water Astounding customer service support in comparison to other companies I've tried Cons Proprietary T valve for water in yo Bidet May require replacing toilet tank water in contraption with brass threaded alternative to prevent leaks No motion sensing for the toilet light ... show more

  • Toilet seat, bidet
Size: Elongated
Been going to Japan for many years and always missed the bidet toilets when I was not there. This thing brings Japan’s bathroom culture to America. Took about 10 minutes to install and works great, can’t imagine life without it.

  • Some Knowledge Needed Prior to Setup/Returning
Size: Elongated
My experience with this product is not too dissimilar to others on here. I almost gave up on this product a few times and planned on returning it. Then, as if it knew it needed to work or disappear in whatever warehouse the Ark of the Covenant did in the first Indiana Jones movie, it just… started working. My review will highlight how it came to be, so you hopefully don’t throw it away immediately when it doesn’t work. For starters, this thing isn’t that hard to install on the toilet. Before you install the seat and power it on, though, it’s a good idea to manually fill the reservoir. Flip over the seat and you’ll find a plastic screw (Phillips) just above and to the left of the seat housing (where the buddy seat clips into the mounting on your toilet). Unscrew it, fill up the reservoir (be careful not to spill - you don’t want to damage anything electronic), and screw it back in. If you’re feeling confident, you can do a 2-for-1 here by using included PVC tubing once connected to the water supply. Crack the angle valve to give yourself a slow, controlled supply through the PVC tubing to fill the PVC tubing AND the reservoir so no air gets trapped in the system. Connect the tubing to the seat, flip over and mount the seat to the toilet. Power up the bidet, and now for the coin toss… You’ll either have it work immediately and be happy, or everything but the water dispensing will work. In my case, the water dispensing still did not work. My troubleshooting was cut short due to a change in work schedule, so I left it alone for 2 weeks. When I came back, it was fully functional. Possibly something inside the reservoir loosened up in my absence? Either way, time with a full reservoir may play a role here… Now that it’s working, I will say that the auxiliary features (seat and water temperature adjustments, primarily) are really nice features. The water pressure seems a touch lower than I assumed it would be, but it gets the job done. The night light is a welcome addition, so I don’t have to blind myself in the early AM hours. Would be nice if the power cable were a few feet longer, but I have set it up so it isn’t an outstanding issue. This thing, when it actually works, performs as advertised. If you’re looking for a good bidet with some bells and whistles, and you’re willing to invest time and effort to make this thing work (I won’t hide that fact - it seems like some of us had to do some additional troubleshooting here…), then this thing is great, especially at this price point. Good luck! ... show more
