I'm a secondary teacher without a classroom, so I have to keep my things for my classes (new papers, things to grade, extra copies, classroom supplies) on a cart. I've tried a few different organization strategies over the years and this organizer has server me the best so far. I like having the different storage options (trays and uprights) and the storage cups give me a place to put pens and pencils for student use that allows them to get them for themselves and the drawer gives me a place to put things I'd rather not share (nice pens, hall passes, tardy slips). As I was looking for something organize our printing papers, this makes a lot of sense. It help organize all our papers and folders. Having a pullout drawer is a good addition as well. Has many drawers to place many of your printing papers or even mails to sort out.

My desk area leaves much to be desired. There are a variety of papers, documents, post-it-notes and writing utensils strewn about. I saw this desk organizer and thought it might help me to keep a more orderly desktop. The organizer pieces came neatly packaged with all the necessary screws (plus 2 extra) and tools needed for assembly. The directions are relatively straightforward and not very complicated. All you need to do is tighten the screws and slide in the trays to put it together. I had 2 issues when assembling the product. Though a small problem, a couple of the trays were slightly bowed so it is not perfectly aligned. The second complication was that the welding is off with main piece A, causing it to be 1/4" out of square (note last 2 photos). This is not a huge issue, but it would look better if the rack was aligned correctly. I would not say this is a heavy-duty organizer, but it is suitable for everyday home use. With 5 slide out trays, 2 vertical file racks, a pull-out drawer and 2 writing utensil containers, this organizer holds a lot! I thought I would fill each tray to the brim, but I still have room to spare. I am very happy with the storage capacity. I chose to put post-it-notes and office supplies in the pull-out bottom drawer. One can place books, magazines and a calendar in the vertical rack. Separate papers, documents and files can be stored on top of the slide out trays. Chose where you want to attach the 2 mesh cups as they can fit in a variety of places. Scissors, pens, pencils, highlighters and other writing utensils fit in these holders perfectly. No need to worry about scratching the surface where the organizer sits, attached to the bottom of each corner are 4 non-slip rectangular pads. If you are interested in reducing the clutter in your office area, this desk organizer will fit your needs. ... show more

The tray is sturdy and holds a good amount of paper without bending or warping. The drawer is a great added feature for storing small items like paperclips and sticky notes. The design is sleek and modern, fitting in perfectly with my office decor.

A great organizer with dividing racks. Once assembled, it is very sturdy (except for the pen holders) and looks very professional. The only thing I do not agree with are, the movable pen holders, these latch onto the rack with a single hook...which can make the holders very unstable. The holders will slide, cause they are not affixed to the rack. Otherwise, it is a durable organizer, that serves it's purpose. ... show more
