Overall it's very good. I have two concerns that drop it from a 5-start review to a 3-star review. The clamps are bending and the drawers need smaller compartments. I'll start with the biggest problem - the bending clamps. The weight is supported entirely by 2 clamps at the front edge of the desk. The back of the organizer has no support at all so the clamps are opening up. The back of the organizer has dropped 1.5 inches in a week. I have a small assortment pens, an organizer and a pad of paper inside - not much weight. To fix this, I will have to use an l-bracket to screw it into the bottom of my desk. BETTER METAL in the clamps -or- a way to support that back would put this into the 4-start category. To get it to the 5-star category the drawer layout could use some changes. My second "complaint," is that there is no small compartment. The bottom shelf is completely open. The top shelf is divided into three, long, evenly divided compartments. Everything slides to the back when you close the drawer normally, and the bending clamps make the problem worse. I had to use cardboard taped to the edges to make small compartments so items stayed separated. This thing could be amazing, but if you're willing to MacGyver it, it's nice after you've stabilized and customized it. ... show more

I am a hybrid employee and needed a new desk. There are plenty of options and some are expensive and not the best use of space. I found an L-shaped desk, it was awesome, and the price was right, but it had no drawers. I went ahead and purchased it anyway. I still needed drawers. The desk was put together and not going back. Off to Amazon I go. There were options with mounting tape. That was too permanent. This option allows me to move the drawers add another set and not be in the way. You can also remove the drawers and use them as slots and place the drawers on the desktop if there is space. One drawer has three equals slots. The other does not. The drawer only connects to the desk/table at the front. It has no support at the back. It’s a good sized drawer so with the size, as soon as you put anything in it pulls away at the desk. Unable to stay flat. Returned.

I bought this for my temporary project desk I built, to use for paint brushes and other stuff... but... First, I like the convenience of a portable drawer organizer that you can put anywhere. But it has two major issues. First, it "hangs by a thread", literally (second picture). The whole support system is depending on the thread of the clamp. Second, there are no support for the back side and that makes the thread hanging issue even worse, cause the support bracket is so small, only supporting the front. I worry that this thing will literally wear out, hanging worse and even possibly break over time if I don't give it some back support. Funny thing is, I don't even have anything in the drawers. Also, and I even noticed this in promotion here for when you put it on top of you desk, the mesh sags if you put anything on top of it without the support of the edge of the box. If you plan to rig this thing for better support, it's a great portable product and the price is ok. But if you just want to clamp it on your table, noda, find something with a better support system. ... show more
