This chair is great! Only a couple of things.. I love the foot rollers on my tired feet but it's a little too much for my sensitive feet, so I wear slippers. At this time.. the back rollers are pretty intense. Some may be fine with it but I have some spinal stenosis. I use a small blanket to put a little cushion between me & the rollers.. works perfect. Could use better instructions on how to use the remote to change things up but we're slowly figuring it out. ... show more

First what I liked 1/ came on time 2/ all assembled in one box 3/price 4/ the feet massage is nice and the leg airbag is nice What i don't like 1/ not big enough. I'm 6'1 and my had is resting on the top hard edge 2/ it is fixed points massage. I specifically asked is the rollers going up and down the back and they said yes. But it is not. Just spinning in one spot 3/ since the rollers are in one spot i don't get hardly any coverage of my back. 4/ the shoulder roller is hardly doing anything 5/ the buttocks roller is not doing anything. I really have to focus to know something is there 6/ the airbags are laughable. It does absolutely nothing except makes you feel uncomfortable in the chair. I do massage now without it. Useless 6/ the control is back lit but only the display( not touch screen) so in the bark the control buttons around the display are not visible since it's black on black 7/the rollers are not adjustable at all. Only the " mode selection" and that's only spinning clockwise or counterclockwise. My 2 children 5'4 and 5'10 are not finding the airbags useful either. I thought it might be my hight. I will keep it since it is a Hussle to send back and will keep using and see in long run. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I get one in store to make sure I like it. ... show more

The chair was great when it was working. Within the first two weeks the foot rub portion started making a loud noise when rolling, I looked and it is just the rollers rubbing on the fabric when they spin but its really annoying. Didn't want to return the chair for just that. Now 4 months after we purchased the chair it stopped rubbing, it goes up and down and vibrates but it doesn't massage. I gave 3 stars because it is an awesome chair when its working properly but for $900 I would hope it would run for more than 4 months. I did get the 5 year protection plan but now I am nervous that I am going to have to send this thing back 2 or 3 times a year. I sent them a message about 24 hours ago through Amazon and have not heard back yet. I will update this review after I see how the return process goes. ... show more

Arrived today. Tonight first 15 session. OMG!!! Does everything I wanted it to do. The Ls track goes all the way under your bum!!! Worth every penny so far!!! Rolls on rollers too. Its heavy. Make sure you have someone to help get into house. Once there, easy to roll around. Easy to put together.

    • Got a defective chair

I was so disappointed to discover that my chair was defective, worked partially for one day and then quit working at all. I had to return it which was an adventure considering its weight of about 200 lbs. I decided not to replace it and just chose to get a refund.
