I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Easy to put together and stores against the wall for quick access out of the way. Lightweight so i can set it up myself despite my injury. I was so afraid this would hurt me to use, but it allows to me to work muscles i otherwise wouldnt be able to use without flaring up my back.
